These girls have made me pants out of trash bags when a thunderstorm sporadically started outside. Get a spray tan here! You won't regret it. My favorite Columbus business.

I had questions. I tried to call, but I could only leave a message and the advice was to book online. The online booking was confusing. I didn't know what we were getting into, but wanted to try it out a month before her event. My daughter's spray tan came out awful. Very expensive. Not worth it at all. Never again.

On the Sunday before my trip, I left a voicemail at the Gahanna location with my name, number, the requested date (Thursday), and asked for a call back to schedule a mobile tanning appointment. By late Monday afternoon, I hadn't heard anything, so I followed up with my friend. She let me know that appointments should be booked online instead. I booked immediately and was able to get a 10:30 AM time slot for Thursday. I received both an email and a text confirmation right after booking. My friend also mentioned that Jasmine usually contacts you in advance to confirm your location for mobile services. By Tuesday afternoon, I still hadn't heard anything. My friend texted Jasmine directly to let her know I had booked a mobile appointment and was concerned she didn't have my address. Jasmine responded that she would look into it and followed up, saying she'd check and confirm with me, but I never received any direct message from her. By Wednesday evening, I still hadn't received any direct communication from Jasmine, only another round of automated appointment reminders. Then on Thursday at 8:57 AM, less than two and a half hours before the scheduled appointment, Jasmine finally texted me. She explained that the system had not correctly processed the booking as a mobile tan and had instead scheduled it in the salon. She mentioned she was fully booked that morning but could come for a mobile tan the following day. I replied that I was leaving for Nashville in the morning, so that wasn't an option. She then offered an in-salon appointment for later that day, but I had made arrangements specifically for mobile service and couldn't make it into the salon. Moments later, I received an automated notice that the appointment had been canceled. If you're looking for mobile tanning, this experience would make me hesitant to recommend this service. Communication was inconsistent, and the appointment was effectively canceled at the last minute. For a client relying on a scheduled service before a trip, this is unacceptable. A professional business should have better systems in place to confirm appointments and communicate with clients, and at the very least, offer a form of compensation when plans fall through due to their error.

The girl who did my nails was super nice and they looked amazing. Not even a week later my acrylic was lifting on my index finger. I go back to get it fixed and it was free of charge which was very nice. However, right before I schedule a new appointment for a balance and new color, my middle acrylic pops off, as does my pinkie. I've had five other sets, all done at another salon (which was a horrible experience) and never once has my acrylic lifted or popped off. It came off as easy as a press on nail. I was very disappointed and will not be going back. The tech left the salon, but other than the acrylic quality being not the best she was a very nice person!

The lighting was dim, it was beautifully decorated, the couches and chairs were super comfy with the warm blankets, and there was tea/coffee/water/trail mix to enjoy prior to my massage. Ashley did a wonderful job on my massage. She made sure to ask me how much pressure to do, and if there was anywhere I needed her to focus or anywhere I didn't want her to focus. My "deep tissue" massage was more of a Swedish medium tissue massage - I still had tension in my right calf (I get Charlie horses here sometimes and it flares as I work long ER shifts) and my back could have been worked out more. The massage itself was not worth the mark up and there are other spas that have better pressure & a significantly cheaper price. Michelle always has great advice about lotions and actually knows what she is talking about, oppose to other salons that hire on teenagers who have no idea what is going on. On a couple different occasions she has even let me try her own tanning lotion sooo SCORE! I hate nothing more then spending a ton of money on a lotion and then end up getting that after tan smell (burnt.) They always have new bulbs in there beds and post which beds have them so customers are aware. After talking about which bed level was better a two or a three they upgraded me for the day letting me try the higher bed because I liked it so much....needless to say I upgraded as soon as my ten minutes was up.
