Cesar, the arborist that came to do the inspection and estimate for this work tried to do the pruning in a way that did no harm to any of the trees involved. One neighbor needed to have a 'weight reduction' on two trees as they were tall and swayed quite a bit in high winds. This service took about 15% off upper limbs, which also reduced the strain on the root system. There is a definite reduction of fear that these trees might come down in a bad storm. The other neighbor needed one 'dead' tree removed, and another live tree removed as it was leaning over a neighbor's property. The crew that did all of this work was there on time (actually early), Each worker was aware of the scope of work to be done. They were very efficient as each worker had an assigned task. The climbers used all of the safety equipment I could have imagined being necessary. Cleanup was very thorough, and left the properties in the same or better condition than when the job was started. Please note that Atlanta Arbor is covered with both liability as well as workers comp insurance coverage. I will certainly use them again as the need arises.

They dropped heavy branchs on my roof and then crashed a giant branch into the side of my house causing damage to the siding and the bathroom wall. Felt like a wrecking ball came through my house and my neighbors two units down felt it. They have done a poor job at communicating the repair process. Many times I was told a contractor is scheduled to show up and no one showed up. I requested they send a picture of the damage behind the siding when they attempt to repair it over a week ago and have yet to receive anything. They did conviniently send me a picture of the patch repair they completed when I was traveling and not able to supervise on the siding but not the damage behind it, wonder why hmm. They claimed that there was no damage behind the siding but my neighbors who were home and walking around have said otherwise. They were trying to convince me that the bathroom could be patched without a full repair but the tile repair guy they brought out said that it would be impossible to repair since my tile is no longer available and that it would have to be replaced. They are now allegedly filing a claim with their insurance company but have not received any information from them in the last 4 days. Update 11-11-2022: insurance company started communicating information with me on monday after I explicitly had to reach out to them.
