On or around Jan 15th, Backyard Mgmt was hired to Grade, "Remove the OLD Dirt" (which this area ALSO included Lava rocks) and hauled away. BYM knew this BEFORE starting the job because that was my "sole purpose" of hiring them in the first place so that when Spring & Summer came around I could cut the entire lawn with ease; WITHOUT TEARING UP my lawn mower when cutting over the area. Covered it with grass seeds and pat it down covering it with straw. Now, bc of their sloppiness (cutting corners), I've got to have the worst yard in the neighborhood with 2 types of GRASS. Any fool can see that my lawn is Bermuda NOT FESCUE! I want them to GET THESE LAVA ROCKS OUT OF HERE and redo the job RIGHT! Always a practice of mine is to give the company a chance to fix it before I finalize my review. My weeping Chair to had caught a disease and was dying. The arborist Cory came out to diagnose that it was probably during a time when it was cold and then hot and one of the branches may have caught an infection. He recommended several treatments to help with its health, and give the tree a better chance of survival. I agreed and the first treatment was scheduled. The first person that came out was not focused because he treated the wrong tree and treated some bushes that weren't really part of the treatment plan. When I called the company, they explained to me that they had communication problems and the scheduler was different from the office doing the evaluation I also have a yard alarm in which I reinforced over and over again in Cory put in his notes that I need to be notified before the technician came out to treat my yard because I had to turn off the alarm before it called the police. The first treatment person did not do this because he did not read the notes that Cory had made in the work order I've been called out of my office to deal with the police, possibly coming out to my house because the alarm had been triggered Upon calling the office, Alex had apologized and said that the person did not read the notes. A follow up retreat was performed today by Matt a very experienced technician. I was very pleased with his knowledge and expert treatment of my tree! I have several treatments to go, so this review will probably be updated periodically.

This was a big job involving the removal of around 20 huge, tall pine trees, surrounding my residence and my neighbor's residence in an efficient and professional manner without mishap of any kind. The effort required great skill on the part of workers to avoid damage to the residences and involves the use of a large crane to remove some of the trees. Went over what we were doing again. Once they got here they did exactly what Alex told me. They used ropes around the tree so the branches would not go into my neighbor's yard.
