I must say even though I had heard such great things I was still pleasantly surprised. Besides the Broad street market I haven't really visited any other businesses in the Midtown area of the city. After my visit I must say I will not only be back to Urban Snob but I look forward to checking out other local businesses. Urban Snob is not only a store but an experience. If I had to describe the vibe of the store I would compare it to Carrie from "Sex in the city" or "The Kardashians" meets "Basketball Wives" or "Love & Hip-Hop" in a boutique. If your looking for timeless accessories, business or play attire this is definitely your store!

After help with selecting items on higher racks and color choices she made sure we had everything we needed and even checked if we needed other sizes once we were in the fitting rooms. After several dress selections my granddaughter found her prom dress. It looked beautiful on her. Price was within our budget and very reasonable to some other places and dresses we tried on. I felt like I had to explain that I had spent quite a bit in my own store and really only came in for a couple things which I did purchase, but she walked off. I don't appreciate the high pressure that was much higher than any other store I have been in with much less selection. I will be thankful for my own store.

For a high end men's store the customer service & lack of polish was horrible. We won't be back.
