Yes! It's as great as every other Famous Footwear anywhere in the USA. Great selection, affordable footwear for the whole family. Located within the Tanger Outlet which is extremely nice! Beautifully arranged around a central parking lot. We just needed a pair of shoes, and were able to get what we needed and get out. It's super conveniently located at the access road to Hershey Park. Well we came in a couple times this morning. The first time we got some crocs for my son and the second time I think I escaped without buying anything. My girls love shoes and we often find some good things. They definitely found good things but we did not buy them anything. My son has not taken his crocs off since we left. They had a really good selection of shoes here. From tennis shoes to Birkenstocks to crocs. There's actually a large Birkenstock selection. Same prices online which is good. We had an award that we didn't know about that was on our account that we were able to use as well. I was thankful they looked it up today. For the most part a regular famous footwear and you should be able to find some good things! read more

Famous Footwear Outlet - new crocs! - Shoe Stores Near Me - Hershey, Pennsylvania

While shopping in Tanger Outlets I came across this Famous Footwear and decided to check it out. When I came in I was not welcomed by any of the staff or asked if I needed any help. The aisles here were really unorganized with the socks, sandals and sneakers located in different parts of the store. When it came to the actual shoes, they were not of a good variety. They were mostly just black Nike shoes. I looked around for a little and found a pair of Nike sandals that I was thinking about purchasing. However, I decided to leave without purchasing when I saw all the staff members standing in a circle, complaining about other employees. After seeing that I decided to put the sandals back and leave. At least, one staff member wished me a nice day when leaving. I will not be returning. read more

This is one of the stores I never miss when I go to the outlets. They have all different types of shoes which is nice to have such a great variety from Puma to Skechers and Nike etc. read more

Used to be really good. Customer service is terrible. Nobody greets you, and they don't seem interested in helping you find shoes or even ringing you up for the sale. Very disappointed. read more

We went to do christmas in hershey Friday ended up staying over and decided to do the outlets. I walked in here to find some arch supports and while I was looking at the inserts, and didn't really know what I was looking for I hear the two girls talking at the front I guess they were greeting... (hey boss maybe you should keep these two in the back since by their conversation they didn't want to work ) but the one girl goes I don't know this store so I'm just gonna direct all their questions to you and the other one replies good and I'll just tell them all to go home. So I decided to leave... I'll go somewhere else where people are happy to have a job and happy to help. read more
