I did feel a little uncomfortable at one point ... I could feel an employee watching me like a hawk. I was trying to see if some belts I liked fit and maybe they thought I was stealing them I don't know. I carried on with my process and bought some belts and some other things. Another thing I saw was a staff member tell this man, who was sitting in a chair with his feet on the ottoman (not his soles, but straight out so the heel was on it) to take his feet down off the ottoman, to which the man did not like and stood up and said "yea yea I will thanks lady!!!" lol! I don't know why it irked him so but I will say I felt a little uncomfy here, especially after how kind literally everyone I encountered was on my vacation here. Still, I enjoyed my visit and like the items I bought and would certainly be a regular if I lived here.

I didn't think the items were that "cheap" in terms of pricing nor did I think the brands were anything that warranted that pricing either. It all was just sort of, "meh". I usually get measured for bras every few years where my weight fluctuates. My mom is 68 and has never been measured. Actually, she's never been inside of a VS store. So, I told her to come with me. I bragged about how great service was and how she'll finally get a bra that she's comfortable in after all of these years. Boy, was I wrong. We, unfortunately, got the worst customer service employee EVER. When we arrived at the Crossroads Mall VS, there were two women folding. I asked if someone could measure my mom and it was her first time. There was an older, brunette lady who said she would. However, she acted like it was a bother. Having been measured numerous times, I knew what she was doing was incorrect. She told my mom she'd measure her right there in the middle of the store. So, my mom stood at the panties area and was measured with her sweater on. The lady didn't even ask my mom questions like what size she typically wears. She just gruffly said my mom is a 40 D. Then, she proceeded to say that they didn't have any 40 Ds in stock and went back to what she was doing previously - folding. My mom was pretty stunned where I had hyped up the experience. I was planning on buying some more bras, shorts, and jogging pants for myself but I was so disgusted by this older woman's attitude, that I told mom we'd go ahead and just leave. I tried to still be polite and 'thank' the woman, but she didn't even acknowledge me. It was the worst service I've ever encountered in a VS. I highly doubt I'll go back to this location. If this lady didn't want to deal with people, she sure picked the wrong job!!!

We went thru every box near the particular shoe and couldn't find it anywhere. However, online it showed there was 1 pair left in the correct color and size. As we were heading to leave the store, Andrew approached us in a different section of the store and asked if we needed any help. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately went back to the shoe section and within 2 minutes he'd found the shoes we looked for for almost an hour! They were in a spot high up on a shelf and totally away from the display shoe. Andrew was so friendly and quick to help! It absolutely made my day to have him find the shoes we'd given up on finding! My mom and I were at my local mall shopping for school clothes and we had decided to stop by DICK's to see if they had any sales or just overall good deals on items that I would be interested in buying. One of the main things that I had wanted to purchase was a pair of Nike joggers, so I went to the female Nike section and was immediately drawn to a pair of thermal, gray sweats. It just so happened to be that these jogging pants were marked down to $38.99, according to the clearance sticker that they had attached to their tag. My mom and I decided to go ahead and purchase these pants along with two other items. After we made it through the first half of the checkout process everything went downhill. The employee told us that our total was more than it should have been, so my mom asked how much our items had rang up for and the prices were correct until we got to the pants. The employee then proceeded to inform us that the pants had rang up as $50.99. My mom and I told her that they were supposed to cost $38.99 and she had another employee go look at the tags on the other pairs of pants to see if they were the same price. The employee who was looking at the other pant tags walks back to the register and says that the only pair of pants that are marked down are the ones that we are checking out. My mom tells both of the employees that she will just take the other two items that we had purchased, but the cashiers completely disregard that she is even talking to them and start talking amongst themselves about how something about the situation that was taking place was strange and that they needed to call for a manager. At this point, they were flat out insinuating that my mother and I had switched the tags on the pants and another item to try and steal a few dollars from the store. The cashiers gave us dirty looks and made several sly comments toward us, one example being: "They sure did get a "steal" deal on these.," referring to the pants. We ended up receiving the pants for their listed price, but we have never felt so disrespected in our lives. I spend a lot of money at this store, but I refuse to step foot in it ever again.
