The new Spring-Summer clothes were in and the selection was very good. Tried on some fun clothes and decided on an Ann Kleine jacket. So cute, fit really well! Then the clerk tried very hard to push a "new" Macy's credit card on me. I hadn't brought my physical Macy's charge card since this visit was impromptu. It made me super-uncomfortable because I refused it but she kept pressing, even telling me that she couldn't locate my account after I (stupidly) gave her my social security number! Just trying to collect an extra commission on signing up a customer for a charge card that wasn't needed. Then, at home, I looked up the Ann Kleine jacket online. It was a much better price! I feel like Macy's store ripped me off!

We couldn't purchase one digital they make you purchase an album for $160.00 with only 18 photos on it of which 5 came out decent with our eyes open. Prices are always good because that's the point. The store is clean by Ross standards, and most mess/disorganization is just customers rudely leaving things wherever. I've always been politely greeted when I go in and it sounds like other people are as well when I'm in there.
