Dr. Buckner and his staff are heaven sent! What brought me here was actually a Groupon and the fact that all of a sudden I started having neck issues. My expectations were low. I figured I would get an "okay" massage, a couple of x-rays, and for the doctor to diagnose me with something that was going to break the bank. In so many words, I figured I would be treated like the Groupon - cheap. My experience was the COMPLETE opposite! From the time I walked in, I felt like a member of the family. They took their time and gave me a complete tour of the facility and even gave me this welcome bag. They did this without even knowing if I would become a patient. This is just their personality. Kayla's smile greets you at the front door and makes you feel welcome. Tiffany is, by far, the absolute best massage therapist that I've ever encountered and her sense of humor is pretty amazing. The ladies in the stimulation room are really friendly and put me in a relaxing mood before my adjustment. I dare not forget the ladies in accounting. Sure, they are there to handle the financials, but they make you feel like your treatment plan is your blueprint to a healthy you PLUS they take your money with a smile. Lastly, the doctor himself...Dr. Buckner is a gentle giant that knows his stuff. He takes his time to design a treatment plan that will have you feeling great when you leave. I experienced immediate relief after the first visit. After a rough day, getting an adjustment is just what the doctor ordered! I slipped on water in my kitchen and slammed my left shoulder against the kitchen wall. I couldn't raise my left arm high enough to put on under arm deodorant every day without being in pain. I am a swimmer and love to hit the pool and do laps daily. I couldn't raise the left arm to slice the water without being in pain. And grabbing the edge of the pool to turn around was just not possible. Even something as simple as reaching into the clothes dryer, was a movement made with caution, as this could trigger the pain I was feeling. I went to see Dr. Buckner and after x-rays and a review of the motion of my arm, Dr. Buckner recommended a program to work my left arm to better health. No drugs, no medicines to cover up the pain. Between his alignments, the exercise program, and the heat and mild stimulus therapy, I am back to 100%! I am swimming better than every with a full-range of motion. My arm feels great whether doing the American Crawl, breast stroke, or side stroke. No pain. The staff is very professional and friendly. I have been going to Dr Buckner for the past 6 weeks. I have had back pains for as long as I can remember, which I thought came from lifting items in the past that hurt my back and I just never addressed the pain. The pain was getting to be unbearable. I wasn't sleeping good..new mattress and pillows didnt work to alleviate the pain. I was waking up with swollen legs and feet..bent over in pain..just miserable. I went as part of a Groupon I purchased for the massage(excellent by the way)for the back and neck pains I had been having. This was my first time ever going to a chiropractor and now I wonder why I waited so long. This has been life changing for me. After my FIRST visit I could tell and feel the difference. The pain wasn't as severe and I could bend and touch my toes..where I hadn't been able to do in years. I work customer service on the phones for 40+ hours a week and sit down the majority of the time. This isn't healthy for anyone. It puts a lot of pressure on your legs, hips and lower back. I am only 22 years old and have two herniated disk in my lower back. I had went to two different specialists that both told me I had no other option but surgery. They also said this first surgery would be the first of many yet to come. I just couldn't let this happen yet. I'm too young for back surgery. My step-dad suggested that I try a chiropractor first and highly recommended Dr. Buckner since he had "fixed" his back about 12 years ago. Have gone to several Doctor's over the years for my back and neck, I had learned to ignore the pain or tolerate it. I am not much for taking a lot of medications due to not wanting to feel "fuzzy minded" , so when I went to Buckner Chiropractic Center I expected more of the same. Not only were they courteous and professional, but warm and considerate. Questions were answered with detail and clarity, but what I found surprisingly nice was how quickly I found myself at ease and relaxed with the whole process. Buckner Chiropractic Center has been a wonderful find for me. We are a transient family and have used chiropractic care wherever we've lived. I must say that I am truly impressed by the warm, welcoming and professional staff. You feel at ease right from the beginning. I highly recommend Dr. Fountain at Buckner Chiropractic to anyone who needs chiropractic care. Dr. Fountain is an absolutely wonderful, compassionate, friendly, in-depth and professional doctor. She spends time getting to know her patients and developing treatments to meet their specific needs. She is very thorough; at my first visit she asked a lot of questions, listened to my concerns and provided answers. She also utilized my x-rays, pictures/diagrams and a skeletal to help me understand what was going on with me. I was extremely nervous for my first adjustment but she was very kind and talked me through the process. In addition, the staff is very friendly and the office is clean, organized and welcoming. I have suffered from neck pain for years and within a few short weeks of on the treatment path prepared by Dr. Buckner, I have more movement in my neck and less jaw pain from my TMJ. He is definitely getting my neck and back to move where it is supposed to be which is leading me to a more comfortable life. I highly recommend this office to anyone. The Staff is also very friendly and accommodating. That means a world of difference when you are in pain and uncomfortable. The fact that there is a set treatment path makes me believe that the Doctor is seeking a cure and not a life-long paycheck from treatment. Very important for both my time and his. Dr. Buckner is the most amazing doctor I have encountered in decades. He has a skill beyond any I have seen in chiropractic medicine. He has a great massage therapist that performs theraputic massages to provide the patient with better range of motion. My family has been going to Dr. Buckner and his staff for several years and I trust him fully. He has adjusted everything from my daughter's back and shoulders (due to her scoliosis); my grandsons football injuries; and even adjusted my shoulder and wrist when I was told I had carpal tunnel. Completely 100% apprehensive about going to a Chiropractor, but the staff was amazing from the time I walked in, (they did some things that I have never seen done in a Dr office) until the time I left. I started seeing Dr. Wylie about a year ago. I suffered from horrible migraines. My migraines are virtually non-existent now. I have about eight months of medication, but finally trusted enough to know I could stop getting my prescriptions. (Anyone who suffers from migraines will understand my reluctance to stop the medication.) After that, I tore a ligament in my knee, and Dr. Wylie is keeping me from having knee replacement surgery. In addition, I was recently diagnosed with Meniere's Disease, and Dr. Wylie's adjustments have helped considerably with the dizziness - and I've drastically cut back on that medication. This was my first time visting a chiropractor service. My first experience with a chiropractor is a good one. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. The staff took me on a tour and explained who and what everything in the facility does and it's purpose. I originally found Dr. Buckner through a great Groupon and have been going there ever since. I have the beginnings of scoliosis and a neck that won't curve correctly, they put me on a regular regimen to fix these problems that included physical therapy and stim treatment to fix the problems from all sides, not just through adjustments. The staff is always super friendly and conversational, and they are great with scheduling. They worked with my insurance and saved me money on my care as well. The in house masseuse is fantastic too! I am 8 months pregnant and came to see Dr. Buckner for relief caused by the extra stress on my body. He takes very great care of me, I completely trust his care while I am pregnant. The staff is all very personable and makes the experience very pleasurable. I have been seeing Dr. Wiley at Buckner Chiro for treatment of injuries I received due to a car wreck, and what a difference it has made! I felt I was too young to be hurting so much, and knew it wouldn't be happening if it hadn't been for the negligence of the other driver. I am so glad I was referred to them.
