Unfortunately that doesn't matter when you get treated like garbage. I was looking to upgrade and the man behind the desk told me I would get more money for mine by selling private party. Immediately another customer offered to buy it. The guy at the counter explained they don't allow customer to customer transactions in the store. I went outside to get my phone and the other guy asked for my number... That made the employee/ owner of frogs pawn very angry. The thought was to sell to him so I could buy from frogs. But the guy at frogs told me to leave. I asked if he was sure and he said yes. That's a shame, I've bought all sorts of things there. Tools saddles, you name it. But I won't be back . He had just told me to sell it private party but for merely exchanging info and him acting like a cry baby over it. I'll never do business there again. It's unbelievable. In the cattle world it's a given that buyers and sellers will meet and exchange info, or just buyers like at the express ranch sale... And it's okay because those places have more to offer than merely what they are selling. Sadly Frogs pawn does not.

She then throws my husband's ID at us when he said "I'll be back to buy it for probably more than what you're giving me but whatever." and tells us to "get the f**k out." Worst service out of any pawn shops in town and terrible selection for terrible, expensive prices. Do not shop or pawn here.

They do have a lot of power tools though. I'm not really sure what I'd buy here, but it doesn't even seem all that cheap. When asked about the damage he said " you're gonna worry about a little ole scratch on your watch" then stood there and looked at me as if I were crazy.
