The salmon skin was a little less impressive. I would have liked it to be crispier like deep fried and crunchy but it was a little greasy and soft. Next was the gyoza (dumplings), which again I prefer to be slightly pan fried and crispy on the outside. They provided very little sauce to dip them in. The yakisoba was quite salty and the sauce was really heavy. We couldn't eat much of it. I would suggest to stick with the udon, which was in a decent broth and the tempura was crispy and tasty. This is probably the best dish we got. Overall the restaurant was average. The grocery store portion looked nice in presentation but probably has the same selection as many of the casa vita stores.
