Great menu so many better options than other places in the area. This place also has decent vegetarian options which have been super hard to find. The service was great and the ambiance is very homey. Worth it, nice gem in the forrest. Coffee was great I got the blue lotus and their baked goods and breakfast sandwich were solid. Overall, I find this place unfortunately disheartening. Since Buddhism teaches to do no harm to any living being, a place called Buddha Bean had me expecting an oasis of plant-based food. Within Buddhism there is an emphasis on compassion which entails empathetic concern and a desire to alleviate the suffering of others, acknowledging the interconnectedness of all sentient beings. Yet the menu is full of the secretions and flesh of many sentient beings who suffered a murderous death. I expected better from a place that invokes Buddha in their name. There are a couple vegan sandwich options and you can get plant-based milk for an upcharge. This is nice when compared to other dining options around here, but I do wish it lived up to its name. Last time I was there, on the in-person menu it states smoothies automatically come with honey. This isn't noted on the online menu for every smoothie. Ordering online you're unable to make the smoothies vegan because there's no option to say no honey. Also, the sandwich called The Cali does not currently have its ingredients listed when you order online, but I think it is vegan too. read more

This is a charming coffee shop offering a cozy atmosphere and delightful customer service. It has an decent assortment to choose from. I was delighted to find GF and dairy free options. My GF Turkey and Havarti sandwich was delish. It's rare to find a tasty bread option when dining out so I was delighted at how flavorful this grilled sandwich was. read more

Went here for my birthday lunch with a friend. The menu is overwhelmingly huge with something for just about everyone. I didn't see what I was really craving as my friend talked about lox. The barista went out back. She came back with salmon (that I also buy and eat)! I was so pumped! She made me this! Thank you! Kim is the owner of this fine coffee place. I got an iced vanilla latte. Boy oh boy was it delicious! Best tasting coffee I've had since my trip to Hawaii! You can definitely tell it's high quality coffee she's using. You won't find this kind of flavor at Dunkin or corporate coffee shops. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. Highly recommended!! read more

Love this place, drive through a couple times a year on vacation and they've expanded their menu since they opened for the better.
