We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked nice. So did the RV park. It's easy on and off the highway making it very convenient. It could be nice I would definitely stop at Rim Resorts again. It's a great spot to get a cold drink on your way to some of the local drinks.

The pitstop was full of bipedal beings (humans) and their animal counterparts (pets) so I figured that I might as well let my four legged daughter (puppy) out to explore their animal cage with grass (dog park) We had just had a 4 day rain storm that flew into town and caused a couple fatalities with flash floods. Needless to say I was surprised to see a LAKE (overflow reservoir) at the pitstop. My daughter wanted to go play in the water. Even though it was cold outside! She had a blast!! It was the first time she has ever seen a lake! It was great fun! Elation ran through us like a lightening bolt!

They billed me for the rental and I asked them to come and remove my tank. They did not come and get it for two weeks so I called and told them NOT to pick it up and so I paid for the rental for the next 6 months. I decided not to have them pick it up so I didn't waste the 60 gal. propane that I already paid for. They picked up the tank anyway! After I paid another 6 months rental. I explained this to the girl who answers the phone and she was rude and tatoally incompetent! I did not raise my voice and she hung up the phone on me. I asked to speak to the office manager and they are now charging me for the tank that I no longer have, they kept 60 gal. of propane that I paid for, and now want to charge me $100 pick up fee for the tank. Plus, they charge MORE per gallon of fuel than any other company because they say they are a small company and family owned. It seems if they wanted to keep their customers they would treat them better! AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
