That was about $1000 lost. I found Joseph Motors and took super care of me. Gave me a ride when home when I dropped off my truck. And not only did they fix the A/C but they did it for a fraction of the cost. I would recommend this place for all your car needs. They provide quality work at affordable rates. This dealer is deceptive when it comes to the condition of the used cars he sells…read more My husband purchased a 2001 Ford Taurus from him, only to have the Transaxle warning light come on the very next day (less than 20mi was put on the car). My husband took the car back to the dealer explaining the sitatuion and the salesman proceeded to tell him that they do a full inspection on each and every car before they sell it. That's bullshit. If they would have done that, that would have realized that there was absolutely NO transmission fluid in the car. It was bone dry. The salesman tried to dodge any responsibility for the car and lying about the condition in which the car was sold. My husband finally refused to take the car back, and the salesman ended up giving him his down payment back, as my husband was within the 3-day limit that Florida law allows. To make matters worse, 10 minutes later, I happened to be at the gas station right next door to this dealership, and watched the salesman, get in the car drive it down Hwy 60 a little bit. Before I finished putting gas in my own vehicle, he had already driven back on the lot and put the same car with transmission problems, back on the front line to be sold again. There was absolutely no way that he had time to properly check this vehicle out, let alone fix any problems.

Phillip assured me that all of their vehicles go through a 150 point inspection process. The next day the brakes sound horrible. I contacted Phillip about it and received no reply. I find out all the rotors are warped and all of the brakes are bad. I go to take my tire off to start the brake and rotor change and I go to get my jack kit out of the trunk and it's not there nor is there a spare tire. So 1 week later I'm out $800 on parts that I was assured were ok and for parts that should of been with my vehicle.
