Typical salesman that are very deceiving. During initial test drive brakes didn't make any noises…read more The car only had 38k miles on it so I didn't feel it was needed to check brakes that weren't making noises. Phillip assured me that all of their vehicles go through a 150 point inspection process. The next day the brakes sound horrible. I contacted Phillip about it and received no reply. I find out all the rotors are warped and all of the brakes are bad. I go to take my tire off to start the brake and rotor change and I go to get my jack kit out of the trunk and it's not there nor is there a spare tire. So 1 week later I'm out $800 on parts that I was assured were ok and for parts that should of been with my vehicle.

On 12/26/2014 the mileage was reported as 38,881 when they purchased the vehicle then on 9/1/2015 when they sold the car to me it had 22,398 miles. I purchased this car at market value. I have called and spoke with Cory the manager on several occasions. He assured me that it was an oversight and since the title doesn't have the word salvage on the title they didn't notice. I pulled a car fax and it was right there. He said they would make the situation right by changing vehicles and providing us with a carfax Now he has not returned any calls or messages. He has been avoiding all contact for over a week. I believe they have deceptive practices and changed the odometer, didn't disclose it was a salvage vehicle in order to receive market value for this vehicle. People need to know the deceptive practices of this business so it doesn't happen to others.
