The employees in the service department dressed like they were going out to wash their car. My car was washed, but I think a 2nd grader could have done a better job. There was grease on the hood from the mechanics, the car still had dirt on it and they didn't wipe the car down at all. Of course, they didn't vacuum the inside either. I mainly drive Cadillacs because of the service I have received for the past 20 years. Looks like I'll have to drive to Tampa to get better service or buy another type of car.
