The arrival was quick and the transportation of the vehicle to my home was great. It was what happened after. Staff who transported my vehicle, sent me an unsolicited and unwanted picture of his penis. This is extremely unprofessional and degrading for any woman to have to be subjected to receiving this. I have children. My children occasionally use my phone. I cannot begin to imagine if they would have opened that message. This is abuse of your services and harassment. The name Richard Puentes came up on my phone for the caller ID. Richard is lucky I am not legally pursuing this and needs to be made aware how severe sending a photo of that nature is.
