During repairs, the shop placed a LARGE black sticker on our flooring without a cause. I asked them to please remove the sticker & clean the area under it. Instead of removing the sticker, the shop decided to SPRAY PAINT the ENTIRE floor of the vehicle, all of my equipment, walls, and curtains. When I picked it up, they were airing out the FUMES from the spray paint they applied WITHOUT our consent. The owner, Leo, told told me the truth: the shop DAMAGED my floor, lied & covered it up with a sticker, & since it was still damaged when they removed the sticker, they took it upon themselves to SPRAY PAINT the entire waterproof flooring (again w/o consent). 01/21, I request all communication in writing. Shop was told our attorney would be building a case. Owner Leo called me, said his mom just died of Covid & bc of this I should give him a chance to "do right" by us. He promised he would get his best men on the job to work over a weekend to ensure we would not miss any days of work (biz is sole income for my household). Leo the owner has now mislead/gaslighted me, called me unreasonable & is saying he will only fix the damages he caused to my vehicle over a 1 week timeline only in the days I have to work. He lied about everything to get me to stop legal pursuit.

The workers are knowledgeable and seemingly honest about what part of the car may not even need to be painted. This shop is surrounded by a gazillion other auto shops. I came to this shop because I previously had my mother's car repaired here and had a good…read moreexperience, so I trusted them with my own vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. The first time I picked up my car, there were multiple noticeable issues that made it seem like the work was rushed and not properly inspected. The bumper was not clipped on correctly, the car had not been calibrated, and the door was rattling while driving. I brought the car back a second time to address the rattling, only to be told they were sorry because that part had apparently never been completed. Even after bringing it back, the rattling issue still persisted. On top of that, when I went to add windshield washer fluid, I discovered the reservoir was cracked. This makes it clear the undercarriage of the vehicle was never properly inspected, which is concerning because that was one of the main reasons the car was there in the first place. After having the car inspected elsewhere, I also learned the strut was not installed correctly. At this point, I will not be bringing the car back for a third time. I'm less interested in hearing that my feedback is appreciated and more concerned about the lack of quality control. There clearly needs to be a better system in place to ensure vehicles are properly repaired and inspected before being returned to customers. Based on my experience, this shop may be fine for very minor fixes, but I would not trust them with more significant repairs.

I brought it over that morning. They looked at it. They quoted me almost $1300 for the four motor mounts and 2 censors . I said no problem let's do it. Young lady calls me back the next day and says that there was a part that was damaged from manufacturer and there was a second day delay for it no problem. Two days later when I got the call that the vehicle was ready I picked up my vehicle drove it home. I got home open up the hood because I was still feeling something not replaced or fixed.. First thing I noticed is the dog bone as they call it, which is visible when you open your hood, the rubber inside that dog bone was still corroded and damage. Second mode amount visible from the hood it's at the bottom by the radiator improperly mounted screw was put in sideways. It looked very unprofessional.. I called him up let him know my discovery they said bring it in. I brought it in then Mechanic said don't worry about it. I'll get it fixed.. They stood with the car another day. He calls me the next day with a new bill. I didn't want no issues me thinking the car was fixed. I paid almost $300 more mind you it was four motor mounts in question. It was four more motor mounts that they put on the invoice . out of the four months, they are two that are not visible. I still do not know if those have been replaced.. I paid nearly $1500 for two mounts and two sensors. A month goes by the owner calls me. How was my experience and I explained to him I guess he was somewhat upset and wanted to make things better after I told him.. I told him that what his Mechanic and his front desk person did to me was abuse and was borderline theft. He act what would make it better me being a humble guy I just asked For a refund of the last part installed that ran about $300. Angel, I believe is the owner's name said that would happen to me. It shouldn't happen ange.l I wanna know exactly what did happen to me . you never got back to me after you refunded that and stated you have further digging to do . Bottom line I pay $1500 I get sent home with two broken mounts came back and was charged again. I feel that I was robbed. I feel that all these positive feedbacks are purchased. I feel that angel is running a bad business. Till this day I am doubtful the the bottom 2 mounts where replace . angel asked me to bring the car over to see it. He test drives it. He stated that he doesn't feel nothing with the mounts that it's only transmission issues. I stated to Angel that I am due for a transmission check up and I will trust that he will do a good job. Angel stated to me that if he did the job it will come out one of three ways it'll come out brand new or it'll come out like nothing ever happened or worst then it came in .. THAT'S WHY I SAY HE'S RUNNING A BAD BUSINESS. what certified mechanic or shop owner will respond with that type of reference Don't trust them get alway a second 3rd opinion ...on Gg review he added a comment like he didn't know about the issue but he agreed a refund of $269.00. lets see what angel says GMC ACADIA 2015

It was there until today, 2 WEEKS LATER, to find out they had done NO estimate, had the car sitting across the street and they charged him a "dismantle" fee plus $110 PER DAY to keep the car there!!! They also decided to THREATEN my father with taking money from what he would receive from the insurance claim to pay for their part while the car was just sitting there not being worked on. Needless to say I will be reaching out to an attorney regarding this. I find it disgusting a business will stoop to threaten an elderly person to scare them into paying them something that is not his responsibility to pay.

I looked up the location and couldn't find much on them. They didn't have any reviews on yelp or google so I kind of hesitated to bring my car in. I took my car in that morning and was quoted a decent price for my hood, bumper and grill. Since it was not going to be much work, they let me know that most likely the car would be ready in two days. On Thursday, I received a call to pick up my car! I was a little nervous to see my car at first, but let me tell you that my car doesn't even look like it was ever in an accident. They did nice and very clean work. My car looks like I just bought it and the paint matches perfectly. I recommend them 100%. They're very professional and have everything in order.
