Plumber thought it was the float. Andrew from HJ came out right away dug up the area and did testing and turns out it was really the electrical outlet issue not the float. He did all that work and it was not even their issue and still did not charge me. Silly me, I had my whole bathtub and kitchen sink back-up ‍ Joe from Jacobs Septic came within an hour of my call, not only drained my septic but also took apart the plumbing in my crawl space to find there was a blockage, cleared it, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I only scheduled for them to pump my septic and they ended up doing 4 hours of work for me. Phenomenal. No other company was able to come on such short notice so they definitely get an A+ in my book. I'll be using them every year!
