I couldn't believe his lack of empathy and made my feel like a total inconvenience. I don't believe he cares about animals much less humans. I hope no one ever has to experience what I did. Why have an emergency # when you don't care either way? My puppy was able to get to another vet but I was too late. He passed away. I won't be going back to him. I care too much for my animals to ever go through this again. Dr Shemwell gets no stars from me!

Remi and I can not recommend Pebble Creek Kennels enough!!! They aren't just a boarding kennel…read moreeither! Remi has been going to training and his recall and obedience are off the charts. They are also the only place that Remi doesn't go crazy while getting groomed after hunting season. An don't even get my dog started on summer pool and pond time! This place is awesome. They have a extremely knowledgeable staff that actually about your pets as if they were their own. A couple more class and Remi will be ready for his AKC Canine Good Citizen Test!

Her precious Basset Hound LOVES Pooch Palace which makes Ms. Jones love it too. Mr. Winston (the most handsome Basset Hound that ever existed), was so happy today when Ms. Jones picked him up. She could tell he was very well cared for. You know how sometimes when you take your dog to a boarding how he or she comes back smelling...what's the word Ms. Jones is looking for...ermmm...uh...doggy?? Ms. Jones is happy to tell you that is never the case here. Pooch Palace is spotless, free of L'eau de Chien (french for doggy smell), and these wonderful four legged creatures are very well cared for during their stay with lots of interactions with their fellow canine companions and the wonderful owners of the establishment. What Mr. Winston particularly enjoys is all the time he gets to spend outside running and playing with his new found camp mates. Ms. Jones is happy to give Pooch Palace a solid five star rating. I choose to keep my dogs name as well as mine confidential as I no longer want any sort of communication or contact with the Pet Lodge..Please be careful of where you send your fur babies I feel terrible and like it's my fault!! I cannot say enough positive things about Bailey and Pebble Creek. I have an 11 month old boxer pup…read morewho was CRAZY! He didn't want to listen. Pulled me across the yard on his leash. Jumped on my elderly father and my grandchildren. No one could even come to the house. He spent time with Bailey in a board and train program. My grandkids were actually able to visit while my pup laid still in the floor. I no longer worry about either of us getting hurt when I try to walk him. He is still a work in progress as am I but with the Pebble Creek crew, we actually have a life again. Bailey told me when we started training that "Having a dog should add to your life, not take from it." With her help, our baby has been a great addition to our life. When I say how important it is that our grandchildren could be around our doggie, I do not exaggerate. My oldest grandson is autistic and my youngest is blind. It was very important that our doggie be calm around the boys. The photos I have attached is from the first day when then boys were able to be around the dog. Last but not least, a photo of our boy waiting to start the board and train program.
