A real mechanic at a different shop got my car back the way it should be. My dash camera caught Dave driving my car at 65 in a 45 mph zone on Rockport Rd trying to simulate highway speeds on residential roads. This is a very unprofessional business. They charged me $140 for work they did not do, (thinking I don't know to check their work) and $700 for a throttle body replacement that Brian did wrong. They ignored the suspension issues that I brought it in for and told me everything was fine, when it was far from fine. My dash camera caught them saying how they didn't want to mess with repairing my car because it's older and it was cold outside. Linda contacted me asking for me to remove my post and offering some money back. I told her this wasn't just about the money, and that they put dangerous vehicles on the roads my friends and family drive on. I told her she owes her customers better and gave her an opportunity to change her ethics, but her pride wouldn't let her. She lied to Google and had my post warning other people taken down. I'll post all the evidence of this shops fraud online after my lawsuit is completed. I don't recommend any shop in Hackettstown after living here for 35 years.
