Highly recommend Window Depot, Richmond, VA who replaced our front doors (solid/storm), side panels and windows. Our first encounter was with Phil who did not pressure us however, his story of Window Depot being owned and operated by Frank & Laura Amory let us know that they are not the typical window replacement company. All employees are invested in the company from sales to installation and their motto, "We Create Happy Customers" are exactly what they have done for us. Phil's professionalism, trustworthiness and knowledge of services and products helped with our decision to purchase the Previa products (well-made and priced). One of our greatest concerns was having to work with subcontractors for the installation however, Phil assured us that all work would be done by employees of Window Depot. We are extremely pleased with the proficiency, expertise, and workmanship of the Installation Teams. They worked all day on a Saturday to get ahead of a serious rainstorm forecast for the next day. In addition, they also replaced the flashing under an exterior door along with some adjacent siding. As often happens, they discovered and fixed some additional problems while doing these repairs, such as a small fix to skylight flashing that (hopefully) solved a leak that wasn't even on their original scope of work. The final cost was only a little more than their original estimate (very reasonable). We were very impressed with AHE's communication and work ethic. We plan to use them again for other work on our aging wood siding house.

The team was courteous, neat and appreciated the case of Corona. It was March - not even hot yet! They even spray painted the air vent pipes black! Anxious to see how the new Ridge Vent works this summer. My 1966-built rancher has always been hot. My skylights were installed 18 years ago, and they've held up so I did not take NRR up on their suggestion to replace them. I did however upgrade the Shingles to the Certainteed Landmark Pro - and glad I did. I can tell the difference. I spoke with the rep for Certainteed and she advised that NRR is ranked a top installer. // I did entertain Absolute Roofing; their "area manager" contacted me after I signed a form requesting a bid. My insurance company said they wanted $24K to replace roof. NRR did a great job for less than 50%. AR threatened me with lawsuit. Good thing I signed their contract: "Permission to contact USAA denied". Hope this helps!

They are a small company but have been growing very quickly over the last several years. I know this because I first contacted them about some landscaping concepts three years ago. At the time I think the company was scarcely more than a father and son operation. I didn't follow through with that effort but recently called upon them for another different job. They have grown significantly, I am sure from word-of-mouth, and now have multiple logo-wrapped trucks. I've been gut-renovating, almost exclusively DIY, a 100+ year old house. The front porch was brick stairs but they were in bad shape and had uncomfortable tread and riser dimensions. The young man Abraham from Rosete Hardscapes had some excellent ideas about how to retain the existing base but enhance the design with additional concrete, brick, and limestone. As I said, I use very few contractors, preferring DIY, but this was a project I knew was beyond me. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Very skilled craftsman. They definitely don't work for free but the value is 100% there. I am very glad I went with these guys, they are top of the line.
