I liked how they were flexible multiple reschedules due to my busy schedule. I primarily worked with Dan, the new owner of Budget Blinds of Chester. He was really great and professional. One first visit, we talked about the different options (blinds, shades, rollers, curtains, etc) and priorities (black out vs light, texture, color, etc). Staff also measured the window sizes. All of my questions were answered. After picking the final option, I received a cost estimate and paid 75% of total cost. I think the prices were reasonable and I liked how they have not only lifetime warranty but also a 5-year "no questions asked" replacement policy - aka for whatever reason you can have them replaced even if its not an issue about their actual product. Then, they coordinate with you the installation time/date. Mine took roughly 3 hours but it varies depending on size and difficulty, etc. When it was all done and ready, I then paid the remaining costs. I really liked how my shades turned out!! I wish they gave me updates between placing my order to a couple days before installation, but overall they were attentive and respectful of my needs/schedule and the prices were affordable. Would recommend!

There was a huge and very heavy boulder of unmovable ice lodged on top of this for weeks. We needed to wait for it to melt. The frame, mounting and fabric all survived this ordeal unscathed. The quality is extremely high. And I highly recommend them and will absolutely return. I will mention however, these people are not great communicators. Calls went unanswered, the installers just showed up without an appointment. This can be sharpened up. But otherwise, I thank you folks very much for an excellent product made locally at a fair price!

Can't say enough positive things about Breeze Thru Screens. We were needing some new screens on the…read moresouth facing side of our home. We'd debated doing the work ourselves but with many projects in the works and in progress we felt contracting this out was the call to make. After some searches, reading reviews (always taken with a grain of salt), and making the call, we are happy to say we chose Breeze Thru. I was originally of the mindset I'd be replacing most of the frames and components of our existing screens. After an initial call with Tom to go over the pricing on their website, he assured me he would reuse any components that were still serviceable. I sent some pictures to him of the sample screens and frames and we set a date a week out. Fast Forward to the day of. Tom and his employee arrived on time, they were presentable, courteous, and respectful. When coming in he removed his shoes, did the walk through with me and promptly grabbed the screens while his employee set up their work trailer. While onsite I added two more screens from our three season room, one with squirrel damage and our sliding door screen with "walk through" damage. They happily accommodated us. At just over two hours we had 10 newly screened windows and a slider. True to his word, he reused everything that could be and all the newly built and refurbished screens were a precise fit. When they left, there was no pickup necessary, no bits of screen, metal shavings, pieces or parts. We couldn't be happier and will recommend Breeze thru to anyone !
