This is the worst car rental service at Brownsville/S. Padre International Airport. Upon checking in and getting my vehicle from the agent. No formation was verbally given.( Here's your agreement, car is located in the back.) When getting into the vehicle it had a full tank of gas. Great... but the vehicle it self was filthy, chipped windshield smelled of smoke and dried stains on the seats. Food crumbs everywhere. Returned to the rental desk to complain but no agents. They had already left. Upon return of vehicle 4 days later. I explained everything to the agent Michelle who was very helpful and said will email you your final bill?
Never had that happen either. So my opinion is DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET CAR RENTAL. read more
