Unfortunately, their car got hit with hail during the May storm. She went down there the next day and they assured her all would be fine. They arranged for the rental to be picked up at the car repair place. Just all worked perfectly. I missed the window to give a review directly from Enterprise so figured I'd share our experience here.

It was very challenging to see while driving and I was driving out of state. All highway driving and impaired wipers is a recipe for a disaster. Thankfully I managed and was able to maintain safety. This was a huge component to my score. This is a basic need for a car and paying $100 a day and wipers didn't work are unacceptable. When I picked up car, the gentleman at counter was friendly and was able to get me in and out quickly but friendliness was not enough to offset the impaired wipers and dirty car.

I am just frustrated because she got one up on me since I have never rented before.

He helped her figure out the price of certain things like changing belts and general upkeep. She was able to make a very informed decision about what to buy. She ended up with a 2011 Ford Focus SEL which has seat warmers (she won't do without them) and several bells and whistles. Great car. NO pressure. NO hard selling. Good coffee! Two dressed like young management trainees and one like a porter. All were extremely friendly and polite. Cars are kept somewhere nearby and you don't have the airport experience of getting to pick your own from a row of possibilities at this location. Pickup and drop off were quick and smooth. They needed my car for four hours so I brought it in at the agreed upon 9:00 am. Unfortunately, I didn't get my car back until 4:30. The good news is that I had four tire pressure monitors replaced. I had the exact same four tire pressure monitors replaced on an identical car two weeks earlier, at a Cadillac dealer in Florida. Arvin was 45% ($270) less than the dealer. The front of the business staff is very personable and accommodating. I will definitely return.
