Unfortunately, their car got hit with hail during the May storm. She went down there the next day and they assured her all would be fine. They arranged for the rental to be picked up at the car repair place. Just all worked perfectly. I missed the window to give a review directly from Enterprise so figured I'd share our experience here.

It was just a bummer that I left my brand new phone mount in the car when I returned the car, and then when I claimed it from the lost and found a few days after I dropped the car off, I got it back in broken condition. I was told I can't be reimbursed for it without proof that it wasn't broken before returning it, but why would I have proof if I wasn't expecting to forget it or for it to break. ("Let me just take a picture of this phone mount in case I forget it in the car", said no one.) The part that holds the phone was loose and came off like nothing when I got it back. 30 bucks down the drain. It just left a bad taste with the company, and it sucks because I actually liked Avis, but this memory will always pop up when the name Avis comes up. Anyways, you get different experiences depending on who you're being helped by and who handled your items. So it is what it is. Besides that everything was great, but how customers are dealt with in "small" cases like this says a lot about the company's value on customer satisfaction.

My husband picked up our vehicle and when he got it home I noticed it was FILTHY. I went to talk to the "owner" who then tried to tell me he "didn't rent dirty cars" but seems like I'm not the first reviewer to say that he does in fact rent dirty vehicles. He told me that because I already got a discount from my place of work and he "made no money" he couldn't do anything for me. I was never looking for "anything" from him but compassion and to make him aware whoever is prepping and cleaning these vehicles weren't doing the best job and as an "Owner" you'd think he'd take the constructive criticism and talk to his team about it. There was more said but to sum it up this man is truly the worst person I have ever come across as far as "owners". This is our first time renting a vehicle and this experience has completely turned us off from renting with this company again

I have been trying to call during business hours, and no one answers the phone. It rings continuously and there is no voicemail. I am trying to get in contact with someone to get this waiver removed. I am just frustrated because she got one up on me since I have never rented before.

He helped her figure out the price of certain things like changing belts and general upkeep. She was able to make a very informed decision about what to buy. She ended up with a 2011 Ford Focus SEL which has seat warmers (she won't do without them) and several bells and whistles. Great car. NO pressure. NO hard selling. Good coffee! I felt she was well taken care of and genuinely would recommend them to anyone.

Two dressed like young management trainees and one like a porter. All were extremely friendly and polite. Cars are kept somewhere nearby and you don't have the airport experience of getting to pick your own from a row of possibilities at this location. Pickup and drop off were quick and smooth. Car was alright but nothing special on this occasion. Oh well, at least the insurance company picked up the bill...

Their prices are fair and they are just fantastic to work with. They've done everything from routine maintenance to big ticket repairs to pre-sale inspections for us. We simply don't trust anyone else with our cars. They are such a blessing.

They needed my car for four hours so I brought it in at the agreed upon 9:00 am. Unfortunately, I didn't get my car back until 4:30. The good news is that I had four tire pressure monitors replaced. I had the exact same four tire pressure monitors replaced on an identical car two weeks earlier, at a Cadillac dealer in Florida. Arvin was 45% ($270) less than the dealer. The front of the business staff is very personable and accommodating. I will definitely return.
