I needed a dumpster to clean out a warehouse that was used for a family Business. I researched other dumpster rentals, price was out of range. Budget's price and rental agreement was a good fit. I rented a 4 ton, 22' long, 8' sides and door that was easy to open and close during loading. The delivery driver dropped unit exactly where needed. In the future if need arises I will not hesitate to rent from budget dumpster services. The office staff answered any and all questions I had. The delivery and pick-up worked out fine. But it wasn't until 2 weeks later in an email I was informed that I owed an additional$300 for mattresses and box springs. At the time I forgot, even though it was explained that mattresses were not allowed. The pick-up people did not alert us at the time, so that we could remove them before they took it back. Then to get an additional bill was very frustrating! I had no recourse and had to pay it The job was done right, I guess, but not happy with their business practices. read more

This company is unreliable and untrustworthy, do not rent from them. I rented 2 dumpsters for 2 locations 2 weeks in advance and scheduled the delivery a day early, just in case. They had all my information correct, acknowledged all the above information, promised the dumpsters would arrive the next day by six PM, (1 day late)and the dumpsters NEVER arrived. They said there was nothing they could do about it and the dumpsters now couldn't arrive until after I had already left the state 5 days later. They contract out to other companies and don't care about customer service at all. Avoid this company at all costs. Southern Comfort Disposal came through with one dumpster for us, but the other stuff had to be hauled away at 7 times the cost of the original dumpster, I should charge them for it! Avoid this company, they are unreliable and untrustworthy. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THEM TO PICK UP MY DUMPSTER FOR 7 days. I call them every day and every day they say they will be there tomorrow sorry for the delay. Getting old and nothing I can do about it. I live in a gated community and it's on the street. Can't wait to see the overage fee, I'm sure that will be just as big of a joke. read more

The guy who dropped the dumpster off was so rude! They brought the wrong size to start and settled on bringing a new one of the same size so we can fill both. My dad was confused and asked if he had to pay for it . the guy laughed and said " what do you think." .. And also called him a drunk! I was irate! He works at night and wakes up at 3 pm .. It was 4 pm.. The company's 1800 number said that that's what happens dealing with driver.. But he was sorry .. What a sorry excuse for a conpany!!! read more
