Absolutely horrible company. I would give zero if I could. Horrific customer service, took one hour each time I called for a pickup (which took 2 weeks and kept us from our draw to our client), and charged us over double for extra weight. This is the worst business I have ever worked with, they do not appreciate recurring clientele, and are unwilling to work with customers for repeat clientele. They're crooks, anything but "budget" and if you get bamboozled by this company I feel sorry for you. They're not even in this market! They're 3rd parties that outsource their dumpsters. This company lost the dumpster in their system, left the stinking thing in my driveway for TWO MONTHS and it was only after I threatened to sell it on marketplace that they came to get it with a sob story about a "bad employee not putting it in their system". Fast forward two months to CHRISTMAS DAY when they charged my account $562 dollars for "extended rental". We had four different members of our family call to BEG for removal. Now I had taken Aug 30th off and scheduled workers to come demo the property. No dumpster on site and they claim now it wouldn't fit. This is the same dumpster... this company has not cost me a few hundred dollars in added costs not to mention the hours of time trying to sort out their mess. I wanted to be ready for my home renovation in Hendersonville. So I set up my contractors and set up my dumpster delivery 4 days a head of time. I confirmed delivery the night before. Was told the dumpster will be delivered between 6am - 6pm. Me and my contractors waited and waited for delivery. Called multiple times and no one has any idea when or if it will be delivered.. waited 12 hours no delivery and no calls or notice.. got a hold of two managers and neither had any clue when or if the unit would be delivered. Here I am on day two of delivery and the manger again tells me sorry Matt I have no idea if or when your u it will be delivered. Can not recommend this company and not sure how they are I. Busy with an operation so unorganized. As the saying goes, "stupidly is doing something exactly the same way and excepting a different result".. This company again left me hanging all day waiting for a pick up and delivery.. I guess I am that stupid to actually think they would have taking my order taking my money and gave me a product.. Service was great. Delivered and was set up with no issues. The driver explained the does and don'ts and to call when ready for pickup. Had the unit for 4 days called on Monday and was pick up on Tuesday. No damage to yard. The price was wonderful cheaper then my current trash provider by 400.00 dollars. SCAM ALERT. This company is a total scam. First the container was late. I scheduled the pick up date at the time of rental purchase. Later I was told I had to pay for the additional days that the dumpster sat in the way. Then their story changed that the do not schedule pick up, it must be called in for a pick up. Clearly this had been done prior. Then 128 days after I rented the dumpster, they back charged my credit card for overage on the weight of the container. 128 days later???? THIS IS A HUGE SCAM, this company is not a real dumpster company, just a money grab con-artist. The weight ticket was never provided to me as they said they would. this company is a third party referral service, I would not recommend nor use them again. The dropoff and pickup time-window was 12 hours, the whole day from 6am to 6pm. I lived in a gated home so that meant I had to stay home all day in order to be sure I didn't miss the dropoff/pickup and be charged a extra $$$. I called to get a narrower time window during pick-up/dropoff and they couldn't help, giving me other excuses except the fact that they were a referral service. they kept referring it as "our drivers" and "our dumpsters" etc.. I tried calling the actual company whos name and phone number were on the dumpster and they said I had to contact budget dumpsters due to their affiliate agreement. My backyard was paved when I bought my house and 10 months later, we got around to ripping the asphalt up! I called around to different removal companies and dumpster rentals, and budget dumpster was BY FAR the cheapest (by over 50% in some cases). Granted, my rental needs were specific (a lot of heavy material). The customer service was great. I called a bunch of times with questions and was given a customer service representative's direct line, who answered pleasantly and was helpful each time I called. The dumpster was dropped off at 7:00 am so we had the WHOLE 10 days to use it. The driver called me when she arrived to my house to make sure that the dumpster was being dropped in the right spot. When I called for pick up, the next day was the weekend, so they gave us the dumpster until Monday morning at no additional charge. When the driver arrived to pick it up, I honestly forgot that it was being picked up and needed to move a section of the fence for him to access it. He helped me move it and was super friendly and was even friendly with my large puppy! read more
