Neal has helped me with multiple fingerprint cards for several state medical licenses. Each state has a specific card they require based on their medical board requirements. They have all been done properly and none have been rejected. Since several of them go through the FBI if they are not done correctly they get kicked back. read more

Me and my wife were in the process of applying for FBI identity summary request. Our initial request was rejected when we got our fingerprinting done with the local precinct. I did google search and found Budget fingerprinting. Very glad we chose Neal. We needed 2 set of fingerprints each and Neal did one electronic, one paper ink. Both were very good. Before finding Budget Fingerprinting my fingerprints printed on cards had been rejected three different times by the FBI as I sought a background check for a travel visa. Budget Fingerprinting has Live Scan, the only place in Texas with this service. Neal was very patient and worked with my fingerprints to get the best image to send to the FBI. He was very knowledgeable about what the FBI looks for when processing fingerprints. I think the Live Scan gives a better picture of your prints than those printed on a card.
