Hamptons were always known for great pillow, sheets and mattresses. Not here, the exact opposite. Cheap pillows, sheets like sandpaper, and cheap mattresses. Top it off, no coffee in the hotel. In my 40 years of business travel, I've never heard of such a thing. Ever. Anywhere. So now, tomorrow morning, when it's about 20° outside, I have to go drive to find coffee. I am in awe. Beyond bad. Had I known this ahead of time I would not have stayed here. Spare me with the construction excuse. I will drive the distance to another property next time. Yikes. This is almost a Motel 6 or a Knights Inn. I anticipated a weak, tepid apology. You did not disappoint.

The property appeared old and dated, and the rooms were in need of significant updates. There was nothing luxurious about the accommodations. The furnishings looked worn, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. The bathroom is really small, no closet ( just a rack) the room served its basic purpose for a night's stay, it lacked the modern style we ecxept. The only positive was the team member Lacy who we observed working the front desk and housekeeping. If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay, it may work, but manage your expectations.

One housekeeper. House keeping is done upon request. I thought that is what the door sign is for. No hot breakfast usually 25 guests. Hot waffles, cereals and coffee. Cold cereals for kids. "Some" staffs are rude one you has been flagged for contacting headquarters in reference to your stay. You cannot control the temperature, it is set with the owner's settings. I had family members stopping by with embarrassments. The pricing for my stay , is totally not worth the service. I am a New York Broadway photographer, and our team has been using Sleep Inn - Choice Privilege for years. When I return back to New York there will be a change of venue ASAP. All the Broadway stars are place with Choice Privilege. I was offered 5000 points for trouble... real? Not on my watch. My advice to you will be, always read all the reviews before you book at any venue before spending your hard earned money...smh. Good luck in your endeavors.

Their pool is absolutely disgusting. It's filled about one foot high with "water" but more akin to the Econo lodge "swamp" than pool. It's green mucky and disgusting. See my attached picture. The frogs sang all night. Luckily our room was around the corner from this swamp. Overall, not a bad place for one night. Rooms were clean and area safe for the most part. But that pool and the frogs were just gross. I wasn't expecting a visit to the nature swamp preserve last night but oh well. More options along 85 that are probably higher rated.

When I opened the cabinet where the mini fridge was I seen a roach. I called the front desk and the guy came right away. He had roach spray to spray the room. I asked to be compensated and he informed me that they couldn't compensate me. Him coming with roach spray lets me know this isn't the first time this has happened. the photos online look nothing like the hotel. It was old and needed to be remodeled. I called other hotels in the area but there were no vacancies.
