I also love the fact you can check in from the app, get a digital key, and not have to go to the desk. This hotel has a nice gym area, indoor pool, fire pit, and serves breakfast. Now, let's get to why only 3 stars. This is a newer hotel that sits relatively close to a main road and right by a red light. They definitely did not invest in sound reduction, so if you're in a room that ends in an even number prepare yourself to hear ALL the traffic - making it a bit difficult to sleep. Breakfast is served starting at 6am, but only during the week. If you're there on the weekend it is at 7am, so those who are in town for work and have to be there in the mornings just be prepared to eat breakfast somewhere else.

One in the afternoon and again before closing. It's a perfect spot for dinner after a day on the road. While the breakfast buffet is not complimentary-the $12.99 per adult is worth it. Fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, and french toast are staples on the hot bar. They also have yogurt, an impressive array of fruits, and house baked pastries. They moved them to room 411 which was a huge room you could have put a full sized couch or another bed in the room for as much space as they had extra . We do a lot of traveling and we've noticed that if you get a king size bed king size bed in chain hotels they always have a shower and if you get a room with 2 Queen size beds it has a shower with a bathtub but that's not the case here it was the opposite . I have literally never seen a chain hotel set up like that where the king sized bed got the shower tub and the Queen sized beds just got a walk in shower . Overall I think it's fine for a night or 2 but I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than that . Just before 9:30AM I went to make myself a coffee and the person cleaning from breakfast grabbed the creamers as I filled my cup which was rude and ridiculous. Even if breakfast was ending he could have let me cream my coffee. We were going to stay again on our way back through town but definitely will try a Hilton instead. We have been strictly Marriott users as I plan soccer travel for a group and plan business travel frequently but I've been urged to switch to Hilton brand for a better experience.

The initial booking interaction with the front office manager was excellent, and she went out of her way to make sure we were familiarized with the property, how to get in and out of the coded gate, and where to find our documents/keys, etc. as we were checking in late upon arrival. The cabin was beautiful, if not a tad outdated in the typical "Gatlinburg mountain-style" motif, and was settled nicely by itself without an immediate neighbor, so we felt very comfortable, secluded, and able to fully relax - the ideal weekend getaway environment! What was even better was the pricing. Our cabin was a 2 bedroom, 3 bath, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, dishware, silverware, etc, and a living room area with 2 couches, a lounge chair, including a flat panel with tv access, and all across 2 stories. Everything was very well cleaned, the loft area was beautiful, and even had an in-room whirlpool-jetted tub. Everything they said they'd do, they did. Great service, nice location very close to the Fall Creek Falls State Park, and within 15 mins either way of the nearest town for additional options. Overall, we'd most certainly visit here again the next time we're looking for a hike along the beautiful falls nearby!

We arrived late Saturday night and booked the last room. It was a suite but with AAA discount cost no more than a regular room. The room was clean, beds comfortable and crisp white cotton sheets. Breakfast was the usual for a motel. A plus for my traveling companion and I was 24 hour hot coffee. But as I previously stated, the staff was stellar. ALL STAFF, front desk, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff. Everyone pleasant, helpful and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay. The front desk girl even gave us a great suggestion for food. Local pizza place that deliverers to the motel. It was great. We will look forward to staying there again.

There was also a note that the sheets didn't need to be removed from the beds after our stay, which made us concerned that the sheets may not be clean. We had to foot nearly the full cost of the bill. The host only credited us back $150, leaving us with a nearly $500 bill for a place that we didn't spend even one night at. I don't recommend it.

That sweet couple saw an abandoned place (a land mark community hone) and knew they could fix it to nearly the original splendor. It is soooo worth spending the day there, and take advantage of the sweet little cafe. We just loved our lunch. The home was built with all the modern conveniences when indoor plumbing or electric were unheard of! It saw many different owners, including a doctor who turned the home into a hospital! It was even where the first hip surgery was ever done in the county. A must see!!!
