I dropped off a prepaid package today at the UPS Store in Edgemont. I have done this before and…read morethey have always provided a receipt so that I could prove that the package was dropped off, but the only employee that was here was unwilling to provide me a receipt. This, despite the fact that they actually have a sample of the drop off receipt posted in the store! I don't understand what you have to hide that you won't provide the receipt to folks that drop off a package, and refuse to explain the change. On top of that the person serving me was rude and dismissive of my concerns.

Since I could not find the alternative location, I called the UPS customer service for help. We…read moreagreed to have the package sent to the Crowfoot UPS store. The very next day, I received a phone call from UPS indicating that they cannot ship my package as agreed because they are too busy right now (entering the Christmas season). Instead, I should send someone else trustworthy and use Google maps as the location is written well on Google maps. (Funny how I told them I actually followed GPS and Google maps!!) Then, she said the package will be returned to the sender if not picked at the previously indicated location. I will never use UPS ever again.

You could save a couple bucks by going to Staples, but if what every you are getting printed needs to be done correctly and on time, I highly recommend you check out Little Rock. The people are really nice and also competent. Whenever I've done printing here I feel like they've given it a human eye to make sure that they are done correctly. Seems like a pretty simple thing, but like most people who have had to get things printed from time to time, we've probably all experienced some pretty hilariously botched print jobs. Hilarious that they tried to pass it off as complete, but not hilarious that you probably have an event coming up with no posters to advertise. Avoiding this experience makes it worth going to little rock.
