we reserved a truck with extended cab (4 to 5 person) a week in advance, only to be told the day we were to pick it up, they don't have trucks. The poor guy at the Lexington location tried to find a truck for us, with no luck. The only vehicle available was a sub compact that would only seat two people. The fact we called to reserve a truck, specificall, was told no proble, when they don't have trucks. On top of that, we had to call to cancel the reservation and wait two weeks to get our money back on our card. I don't blame the employe at the Lex location. This is the fault of the company! One the call center didn't even inform the location of the reservation when it was made. They took a reservation for a vehicle they didn't have, let alone one that would be available. NOTE: Budget is not at the Lexington Airport, you must use a shuttlebus, so it's a lot less convenient than the other options. Also, the desk clerk here is really rude and unhelpful. Even other employees there seemed to be rolling their eyes over her attitude. read more
