I think my favorite rental from them was back in 2011-a Mazda 323. Man, what a car. The Dodge Charger a couple years back was awesome as well, but I can see me getting mucho tickets were I to rent that one too long! LOLOL. I don't know who that lady was talkin' crap about this company, but she must have been just having a bad day. I'm pretty sure if a car smells like smoke, the folks there at Enterprise will have the car detailed and get rid of it(at the expense of the previous renter, of course!!). Also, I've never once gotten into a dirty, or disgusting rental from Enterprise. The cars have all been beautiful.

My windshield was cracked from different directions and needed to be replaced. I asked at my dealership, and they referred me to Chris, who they've had a long-standing relationship with. I can now see why! I called during off hours on a weekend and he even still called me right back. The perfect communication continued from then through the end of the replacement process - which required working with my schedule/location etc. Chris was professional, considerate, timely, and did a fine job with the replacement. The price was exactly as quoted, and he was very reasonable with us as our-of-pocket customers. I am thrilled with how it turned out! I would recommend Lewis Auto Glass without hesitation to anyone in the region! It would be phenomenal to see even more businesses of all types to model such top tier professionalism and customer service. I am so thankful I got referred to him and will refer everyone I know to Chris in the future.
