Management requested that one of the items be moved because multiple items are not allowed in a single space. The contract/lease that was signed at move in has no mention of this caveat within it. Facility is still under construction but appears to be safe and secure with decent amenities. Relatively removed from the population density so that is a plus. When my gf and I went in to do the official paperwork, Kia and the owner were there to great us. They were very friendly and thorough on all the details of renting a storage unit and what they did on property to ensure safety and security of our unit. Tip - the access into/out of the property is through an app. Coming in isn't an issue, leaving seems to be since both times we came to drop off items and exit, I had to physically get out of my car to get the gate control unit to catch the signal from the app to open the gate.
