It's like they didn't want to work. They said they "can't" give me more than one dolly even tho online it let me do it and there were Dollie's laying around . They told me that there was a dolly on the truck I got, there wasn't so I had outside staff get me one from another truck.. YET when my bf had the same issue they refused to take a dolly from another truck. The girl with the neck tattoo also made a racial comment toward my bf when he came in calling him an "angry black guy". AND THEN OFC THEY CHARGED ME FOR AN EXTRA DAY, SAYING I RETURNED THE U-HAUL AT 7PM BUT I RETURNED IT AT 12:30PM. Customer service called the store to verify so I could get my refund and the store said NO IT WAS RETURNED AT 7PM. I got a refund from customer service immediately because I HAD A PICTURE FROM WHEN I RETURNED THE TRUCK WITH THE TIME AND LOCATION ON IT. They suckkkkkk. Lazy and slow. Before we left to pick them up - we got a call from United that they had given the units to someone else and that we could get them in 2 weeks. Totally unprofessional and a crappy company that would do that. We ended up scrounging around and found 1 small dehumidifier that we purchased and set in up in the house - it's not even large enough to do one room.
