It took over an hour for the trucks to arrive and when they did they were two of the worst things that I have ever seen. Over the week that we had them we had to deal with several operating issues. Driving them was hair raising to say the least. Do yourself a favor and just get a Ryder or Enterprise truck and drive it in. Not recommended.

The guy at the dealership took 5 hours to get the paperwork over but I had called the ladies ahead to check on it and they explained the situation. I had a problem later on that came up with my car and again the ladies were very nice and helpful. I would definitely use them again.
