When I called in last minute on a Sunday to order my mother some flowers for her birthday I was almost positive that they wouldn't be able to Accommodate my request due to it being so last minute. I had already called a couple other florists who were either closed or the not deliver on Sundays or had a cut off time for same day delivery. Not only were they able to help me out and get the flowers delivered, But they seemed genuinely happy to be able to help me out. And after talking to a couple other places who to be grudgingly told me they did not wish to do business with me, it was such a breath of fresh air because I could tell that I was talking to a friend and neighbor. I had heard good things about this place before and friend had recommended it to me, and I am so glad that I finally Gave them a try myself. Very highly recommended. read more

I ordered directly from the florist - I would rather work directly with a small business than the big flower companies. BEWARE! I live in a different state and ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered for Mother's Day. They were not delivered on the requested date. Additionally, when they arrived late, they were not what I ordered and paid for online. The flowers were not anywhere near the colors ordered and the vase was not even close. It actually looked like someone used leftovers to throw something together last minute. Also, the card didn't match my message. It was actually quite silly it read... Happy Mothers ??s Day.... why the question marks? I contacted the business to request a refund and the florist responded that the arrangement did look "disshuffled" but that he made it himself and liked it!? Then he requested I leave it out to be picked up if I want a refund! Is he going to reuse the flowers or something? So strange, a bit cocky, and totally unprofessional! I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered, from out of state, an Easter arrangement, for my sister and brother-in-law, I even got an email confirmation saying they were delivered but by then I already knew they had not been delivered. My sister called them one day and I called them the next day. Just received excuses about how busy they were with Easter, etc., etc., etc. Twice they said they would make up an arrangement and send it to them - never happened. One female used the excuse that they were busy so the arrangement could still be on the truck. Is it not good business to fulfill the orders that were on the truck? And I did not want flowers sent to them that were sitting on a truck all night. Wish I read the less than stellar reviews before ordering from them. Never even got an apology. read more

Not only are they "snippy" on the telephone but the flowers they finally delivered (part of the 1-800-flowers network) were not as pictured on the floral site - wrong vase, not the correct flowers, broken stems. Went to pick up an order (75.00) on 5/13/2023. It had not even be processed. I brought this to the owner, Bill Thompson. He was rude and blamed everything else for the order not being ready, etc. Thompson was obviously stressed and confused as a result of the busy Mother's Day orders that he could not, and was incapable of keeping up with. Went to Publix just down the road and got a nice bouquet of flowers, enjoyed the cool ambient background and easy shopping. I will never go into this store again. Thompson is the worst example of a business owner I have ever encountered. He should not even be in business. What a sorry business. Thompson should sell or leave the business and leave the space to a real business operator who understands treating customers like advisories doesn't ring of competence. The other reviews only show this poor customer service is a trend at this store. ps: I had to laugh when I saw a sign that Thompson also provides lawn servicing, etc. What a JOKE!!!! My partner and I are retired nomads. We often stay a bit in places that we love, and sometimes look for small jobs to earn some cash along the way. I stopped in a few days before Mother's Day, and they were happy to get the help, as I have experience in the floral industry. One of the long term employees told me they're honest and pay everyday, and for the first three days, that was true. Then she went on vacation, and neither of the owners were ever around at quitting time, lol. Five days later, with no pay, no money in the till, and neither owner anywhere in sight, I stopped going to work. As in the other reviews, the owners were so rude! They tried hard to say I wasn't there when I said I was and that they only owed me for three and a half days, one of which I wasn't even there. Google Timeline to the rescue! Don't buy from these guys, or hire them for landscaping - the folks working on your project might not be getting paid. Don't contribute to abusive business owners!! read more

I ordered a large basket for my friend's funeral. Not only did they not arrive at the funeral but I was charged $157 for an average basket that eventually showed AFTER the funeral. Now the grieving have to pick it up? This is a big embarrassment. I tried calling, the calls all drop to static. Do not order from the funeral home website. They are farmed out and if you get this Buds And Blooms, you'll regret it. In fact, if you order from the funeral home website and you get B &B, cancel it immediately. This is not the first time this shop has ruined a celebration. Several times my family have sent flowers and it was days trying to get the order right and delivered. They have a bad reputation, no ethics and I don't know how they stay in business. Check reviews when they tried landscaping. The rudeness and foul language are beyond disrespectful. For my family, a very sad day was made worse by Buds and Blooms complete failure. A Zero stars company and I will be ontacting the BBB. read more

Ordered an arrangement for a birthday through a third party who choose this horrible florist to do business with! Paid for expedited delivery and that never happened. Fine. Florist calls me 2 hours after the flowers were to have been delivered to tell me he called the recipient and asked if it was ok if he came before 5. Really?!! Who calls someone getting flowers to ask when they can be delivered ?! Thanks for ruining the birthday surprise. When I asked him to cancel he called me a "nasty woman" and hung up on me! Called store to get answers staff is just as rude and not helpful. Saw google reviews afterwards that said the flowers aren't great anyways so glad I was able to cancel. Please be careful when ordering from third parties. Seem they just choose ANY body to do business with. Got great birthday flowers from Publix with equally great service. My son ordered flowers to be delivered on my birthday, ordering those flowers from web site Pro Flowers. They connected with Buds and Blooms to fill the order. They delivered the flowers to the wrong address even though address was quite clear on the card, but making matters worse, that house was vacant. The house was 7 houses away from mine. Flowers sat on this empty houses porch for two days until a neighbor noticed them. He read the card and brought them to me. Flowers were ruined. I called Buds and Blooms to inform them and asked for a replacement arrangement. Woman I spoke to was quite rude telling me she would tell the owner. I asked when he may contact me, I was told he was a very busy man, then she hung up on me. Later in the day I was called by" Miss Rude" to tell me new arrangement would be delivered later in the day, adding that if I was not at home, flowers would be left outside. then she said leave the other arrangement outside so they can "recycle" them. What!!! I attempted to respond, but she hung up on me again. When people order flowers from web sites they pay a lot of money for arrangements and expect good service. Flowers from Buds and Blooms were not even as good as ones you can buy at the grocery store, 3 for $10.00. If you need to order flowers for someone just google a florist in that persons town and order directly from them. read more

A variety of flowers were used and was the perfect size to be used as a table centerpiece. Edward was very helpful and polite when I called the store to order! Will be a return customer!! read more
