Plus, I appreciate the journey she has been on with mental health. I ordered a small arrangement ($100) via phone , and it was delivered the next day as requested. Unfortunately the arrangement seemed a bit droopy/worn so I called them and discussed the concern. They were gracious and understanding, and quick to rectify with a new, much nicer looking arrangement being sent very quickly. When a business takes care of a customer issue quickly and properly, that speaks volumes. I would certainly give them another try if I should need to use again.
