To me, getting the hot tub crane lifted over the fence seemed to be a far easier and safer way of placing the hot tub than having it stood on its side, placed on a furniture dolly, and squeezed through my gate, lugged down the length of my house, and delivered to its final location in my back yard. Custom Crane Works arrived at 7:50 a.m. for a scheduled 8:00 a.m. delivery, and they did an excellent job of contacting me once the hot tub arrived (right on time), and in placing it in the EXACT location on the first shot, while avoiding all landscaping, overhead obstructions, and doing at all so quietly that I didn't even know they'd started until it was almost completely finished. The price was higher than what was quoted, but the quote was given by the logistics company, not the crane company. If you're in need of crane services, I don't think you could do much better than Custom Crane Works.

Rainy, oily road, dark country road, and tires don't mix. My car spun around about three times and then I found out what a head on collision with a guard rail feels like. B&B picked up my wreck and cleaned up all of the debris. Yesterday, I went and said goodbye. They helped me to get all of my belongings from the car and are coordinating with my insurance to have the car picked up. Great customer service.

I call triple A and they send Baker and Baker to get me, well, that was a good experience. Even though I hate having my car break down, my tow driver seemed likke a great guys, was nice, and could carry a good old fashioned conversation. So many people don't know how to do that anymore. I cannot express to you how relieving it is to be picked up by someone who isn't unpleasant, and how much it helps with life to be able to just move forward with my day, and not have had any unpleasant experience to top off my already rough day
