Perhaps Spiral Tree needs to develop a more effective procedure for taking messages and returning calls. Completely unprofessional, and with this impression they are giving at the inquiry stage it calls into great question how they would treat you if you actually hired them to do work. Probably equally bad at communication. Even if they did bother to eventually return calls or emails there would be no way they would ever be hired. He arrived with his assistant Jason and got right to work, toppling our tree with efficiency and safety in mind. Several shrubs encroached on our house and roof, and blocked our windows. On 10/02/19 finally around 4:30pm I received a call back from Anna and as I picked up to start talking she hung up so I called her right back and had to leave another message and waited for another 20 minutes before she called me back and said I must have butt dialed you and that she needed to call me back anyway. We start talking about days that would work for us and she had one day in mind but it was not good for me, so I gave her 3 other options that would work and she couldn't give any answer and said that she would have to call me back with the answer on 10/03/19. On 10/03/19 at 7am I called them again to set up a day and a time and once again no answer ... still waiting for her to call me back. This company only has 2 guy's on the job and 2 guys on call and no cherry-picker or a lift. 10/04/19 by this time I have called 4 other companies and have had quicker responses back. At this point I will not be using this company. Poor customer relations, lack of  communication, therefore their services are probably poor and worthless.

There were 3 inch thick branches, rhododendron clippings, holly clippings, multiple bundles of long twigs and huge mats of long dead pine needles included. This company trimmed a neighbor's tree that hangs over my property. A huge amount of leaves fall on…read moremy roof, in my gutters, and in my yard each year. When asked about trimming the over hanging branches to reduce this, the employee suggested that I didn't understand how leaves work!!! Incredibly condescending. I suspect that if I was a guy he would not have made this statement. They proceeded to trim a very small number of branches, most of which did not actually hang over my property and suggested the others could not be reached--odd excuse for an arborist with climbing gear on! He also blamed trimmings done by a company that I hired several years ago was the cause of the growth of other branches. Incredible!
