Staff is friendly but, arrangements are over priced. Received an arrangement for the first time through them and told myself I wouldn't be going back because of the overpriced arrangement that wasn't great and minimal flowers. Decided to try them again and the same thing happened. I will not be going back to them for overpriced flowers when I can get a fuller arrangement somewhere else for a reasonable price. read more

Jerad and his crew were wonderful! Price wise, they are about in the middle. We chose to save a few hundred $$ and return everything the next day instead of having them come at midnight to pick everything up. I wish I would have just paid the money to have them take care of it. We had to have everything out of the venue by 12:30 which left EVERYTHING to go in a hotel room. Then to find someone the next day to return it was a pain in the butt!! Totally worth having them pick everything up!! all of the flowers were gorgeous! I gave them an idea of what I wanted, and let them do what they wanted. Everything looked amazing! The only negative thing I have to say is that some of my bridesmaids bouquets looked wilted 2 hours after being delivered but that may have been the flowers that were chosen. 1. Late to the ceremony. Their big van was still sitting there while people were coming. On top of it, they had no uniform or even descent clothes on. One of the guys had an old cutoff shirt with holes. 2. The setup people were asking me for material to help with setup. They asked if I had a hammer and nails. 3. They forgot an invitation collection with pictures we had specially framed for the reception. I personally brought it to their shop and gave it to him to bring with the flowers and other decor. 4. Forgot the flower girls flowers. Can you believe this? They told us they forgot the flowers at the reception hall which was about 15 minutes away and they didn't have the sense of responsibility to go back and grab them. There was two people setting up so the forgetfulness could have been fixed. 5. About half of the LED candelabras did not work. We paid good money for special candelabras on our guest's tables and it looks cheesy when half aren't working. 6. The setup crew was supposed to setup the wedding ceremony first and then head to the reception hall. They did it completely backwards. I'm not sure who gave them instructions if any at all. 7. We got to the reception and while looking at the cake table with candles and decorations noticed the candles still had their plastic wrappers with labels on them. 8. This is the BIGGEST! When I told him of all the things that went wrong, he said that these were small details in the overall big picture. This is exactly what we got him for, to take care of these small details. He had no other job than to take care of these details. I would NOT recommend this place. If you want to spend big money and get terrible service go with these two guys. read more

I placed an order before the deadline of 2pm and paid the up charge for out of area zipcode with same day delivery and my flowers were not delivered. Customer service is horrible and they tied up my 100$ for 3-5 business days before I got my refund. Buyer beware Horrible company. Incredibly easy to work with. It was an absolute pleasure planning my wedding flowers with these guys. Fun but professional and incredibly talented. Very disappointed. I had expected a high quality product and a high level of service for the money I invested. The product was nice, the service was sub par. Many many details that I discussed with the owner prior to our event date were forgotten, missed, and overlooked the day of the event. These details were disregarded by the owner after a complaint was filed. Whoever was elected by buds n bloom to set up for our event was late, unprepared, and unorganized. She forgot to return to pick up the ceremony flowers and transfer them to the reception venue (as promised) she forgot to bring necessary supplies to properly set up, she was late and setting up while guests were arriving, she forgot the flower girl petals. At the reception venue,the labels and wrappers were left on all burning candles. The labels were exotic animal print, the wedding theme was vintage country........... This sets the theme for a long list of very disappointing mistakes. I will not go into any further detail as this terrible service is something I hope to eventually forget. I will advise to anyone interested in using this company for the floral design of their wedding, do not pay in full until after the service promised is provided. I am 45 years old and this is the FIRST review that I have ever written in my life because I usually just go with the flow and don't mind paying for quality. I purchased a wrist corsage for my daughter and the women told me it was $33 and then she said "wait it is $10 more for the band" I questioned it because the slip said $32 (plus tax) and she really didn't care that I questioned it. She said no $10 more. I paid the money and the woman should have know that I was dissatisfied but really didn't care. I'm not sure if she has become immune because I'm sure that I am not the only one that has felt ripped off by BnB. I have NO PROBLEM paying for nice things but I do not like being RIPPED OFF and every time I have purchased flowers there that is how I felt. It is pretty safe to say that this will be the last time.
