I called the store and the man who answered was very rude, never apologized and said "it's a busy time of year." He then told me it had been delivered. When I told him it was not, I was told, "maybe you'll have better luck with another florist." I ended the call. He called back to say the arrangement was still sitting in their back room and has not been delivered. Despite not being delivered four days after it was supposed to be, they charged my account earlier in the week. Horrible customer service. Everything digressed from there. I was not asking for a refund nor did I mention it, however, I think that an acknowledgement and apology would have been nice. She was very willing to check with the vendor on a specific flower (that NO Other florist in GB would get for me because it's "a summer flower/not in season/they don't carry it." She called me back within 15 minutes that they would be able to help fulfill my request. She was also very knowledge and pleasant in helping me figure out the delivery options (I'm ordering from California) for these flowers. She even had recommendations for other parts of the "gift" arrangement I was putting together since I'm not from there. I was also fortunate enough to get another delightful woman (whose name I didn't catch) when I called back to see if I could update my delivery day/time. This shop was absolutely magnificent and I will definitely be looking to them for future orders, even though I have never (and very well may never) physically stepped foot in the store.

Weather had a role in the delivery process and I wasn't very satisfied with the product that was delivered. Don't get me wrong, It was pretty (what flower arrangement isn't pretty) but wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Now here comes the "it factor" that separates Flowerama from any other flower shop I have ordered from before. On Monday I called and voiced my concerns. The person answering the phone, Kyle, (who happened to be the owner) gave me his personal cell number and asked me to I send a picture of what was delivered and I also sent a picture of what I thought I was getting. Less than a minute later, Kyle responded with a resolution which was more than satisfactory. The second arrangement was STUNNING! Beyond my expectations! As you can see from the photos, what I ordered, and what I received are two very different…read morearrangements. Green Bay Floral's interpretation of what I ordered is cheap and puny. I was informed that they use what they have on hand the day an order arrives. Never mind what flowers are supposed to be in the arrangement, and never mind what the customer paid for. Also to note is that they do not have baby's breath, Peruvian lilies, status, greenery or colored vases which are staples in any reputable florist. They also cut back drastically on the number of flowers in the arrangement. I would never recommend this florist. There are much better out there.
