It was just like the one in the town I grew up in. The staff was nice and friendly. They had a good selection of Polish sausage in there and a decent selection of cold beer. What I also thought was really interesting is that they had a refrigerator right next to the checkout full of single serve fireball. That's pretty cool. I guess that tells you about the town. It was surrounded by older homes on Main Street. I mean the store probably wouldn't survive in a bigger city. It wasn't particularly clean it was a little bit dingy but it's the only game in town. The staff made up for it with friendliness and clearly they're hiring the neighborhood kids to work there which is great. When I went in there everybody knew everybody's name except for me. Small town stores like this are what make America great.

All prices are pretty average for a cafe. The other part of the first floor are savory snacks and soups, jerky, dips, pretzels, popcorn, crackers, jelly's, teas and such. You can try it all. Prices are about mediocre. Not cheap but not outrageous. Upstairs are all the cheeses, dressing, sausages, jarred condiments. Again you can get a taste of most anything. Cheeses are from all over the world and all types spicy, sharp, dill, bacon, champagne, almost anything you can think of. Prices are more expensive than Giant Eagle, Trader Joe's, Aldi's and most stores. But the combination of cheese flavors are pretty unique. Something you can't just get at those other stores. And think of it as a treat. You're not going to buy that cheese every week. So a treat is nice. Overall it is a fun experience for the whole family. We didn't go to the chocolate Sweeties side.
