God, where do I begin? I found Denisse on IG about a year ago. In the beginning of 2023 I left a 10 year relationship. I moved back in to my moms house, I was going through a lot emotionally, mentally and physically and lost the only stability i ever had in my life. My first ever Reiki session! This was my first time hearing about Reiki and I was very interested in going and trying it out since I've been transitioning into a new chapter in my life. I have never done a past life regression before but I was really excited going into it and I went to Denisse for a past life regression session and high recommend it to anyone that would like to learn more about it and experience it. I went to Denisse for life coaching and Reiki. I was in need of some major stress relief and needed to process some things going on in my life. Talking to Denisse feels like talking to one of your closest friends/family members who makes you feel safe and won't judge. Our virtual session started with coaching and then I laid down offline for the reiki session. For the Coaching: She is so compassionate and empathizes with you while listening but she also has a sweet, gentle and loving way of holding you accountable. I started my spiritual journey last September & I was recently recommended by my sister in law to have a reiki session with Denisse. This was my first reiki and life coaching session, ever. Like everyone I was nervous, didn't know what to expect. I have had previous Reiki sessions in the past but 1) never outdoors which was amazing 2) I never really had an emotional release aka tears lol I found Denisse through a friend and most recently I had been kind of a in a funk with myself.
