Not the most authentic Spanish food I had on this trip but definitely some flavorful food - and the strongest sangria to date! Have to admit the view of the Sagrada Familia was also pretty amazing while staying out of the heat and sipping on ice cold, strong sangria. While this is a chain, they definitely have a wide variety of food and drink choices. The service is fast, and the atmosphere is comfortable and very cozy. The focaccia was tasty and seemed freshly made! Would recommend after or before going on the Sagrada tour!

I found Buenas Migas listed on a site for "great cafes with WiFi near Sagrada Familia" - and despite the WiFi not working properly, we really enjoyed our late morning visit. We posted up at a table and enjoyed some espresso, and eventually a few of their pizza/flatbread pieces as a late morning snack. The place was relatively empty (it was mid November on a grey Saturday morning), but I'm sure this place gets super crowded during the nicer weather. We found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food & coffee was great, too.

Food was amaZing! The staff are friendly and the outside seating area was very nice. Great during summer times

Had a great little coffee and tomato and mozzarella focaccia here before going to the Sagrada Familia. They had an awesome little topping bar with hot chili oil and it was quick and inexpensive. The other folks seemed like local young people having coffee before work or on their laptops.

Just lovely. We came to Barcelona for the famous landmarks but also for the food experience. We got them both here! They have a wonderful selection of Focaccias and a wonderful selection for desserts. We ended up ordering a pitcher of sangria which doesn't taste like anything I've ever had in the States and some of their tasty focaccias. Grab a cup of coffee or a pitcher of sangria and just sit and watch all the people go by in Gotic City.

Surprisingly a great coffee shop, i didn't expect much from the surrounding restaurants, being a touristy location. But the view was great, and the sweets are well priced and delicious! Give it a try!

Cute, clean, tasteful decor, friendly service, good food and wine, reasonable prices. Had focaccia pizza, soda and wine. Will return for morning coffee and breakfast. Much better than the pizza place around the corner.

A superb collection of sweet and savory food items. Solid coffee products too, we had a cappuccino and espresso. Very rare to have a good food place in a busy tourist location but this is definitely one. Whattay location for a place. Has a better view than most, if not all Michelin star restaurants out there. It was raining cats and dogs when we were inside the Sagrada Familia and we could easily cross the street in a few seconds to get here because we were dying of hunger. Pleasant gentleman behind the counter as well, all labels were in spanish but he came around out and translated everything we were curious about!

Great place!!! Love the decor and ambiance. Nice to meet friends or enjoy a nice cup of coffee with your love.

We stopped here one day for lunch as we walked around the area. We purchased spinach quiche, a salad and plain focaccia. Everything was DELICIOUS, especially that quiche! The food and 2 bottles of water was only about €12, so on top of being delicious it was a great bargain. Went back for dinner a day later on got the lasagne this time... it was a slice of HEAVEN!! Highly recommend it!

Great place to grab a quick bite while visiting Sagrada Familia. All their foods are labeled for dairy, gluten, nuts, and other allergies. the food is pre-prepared and warmed for you, so it's very fast if you need to get to your scheduled tour. The ambiance is very comfortable, with views out the windows of the cathedral. And the price is cost effective!

    Focaccia with ricotta! Mmmmhhhh

The restaurant is located on a relatively quiet neighborhood street making it a super authentic and nice escape from the busy city. There is a cute outdoor seating area with nice string lights. The inside ambiance is a bit bright making it less intimate which can be nice for a more casual dinner or meal with friends. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the hostess who sat us immediately. Our server was so friendly and helpful with our selection of dishes. I also really liked how you could see the chef preparing the pasta upon ordering. We had the pumpkin orange tortellini and the yellow kulurgiones from ogliastra. Both were delicious and very very fresh. The tortellini was very flavorful with a sweet and savory aspect to it.I found the yellow kulurgiones to be a unique dish with the the mint touch. The menu had a broad selection with lots of different pastas and dishes to chose from. Very tasty and authentic Italian food!

Around 10, every table was taken. All pastas were made fresh. You can truly taste the quality here. Not only was this the best food I had during my visit to this city it was also the best Sangria. Full of fruit and spice. Now, I live in LA and getting this quality of food will easily run you around $20-$25 a dish. I believe our entire meal with wine, Sangria, and a Coke for two people was around €35ish. A steal in my opinion. Please make a stop here. The reviews are genuine and the place really is that good! I ordered the pesto Tagliatelle and my friend ordered the butternut squash ravioli. Both to die for. We also got a shot of limoncello to end the meal, yum.

Order at a counter, and they bring you food to your table. What we ordered: 1. Pinsa Romana with Stracciatella - Translation, a very margherita-esque pizza, but think very fresh and soft mozzarella. The dough is heavier and has a slightly sour taste a la sourdough. First thing we finished and would order again. 2. Aglio y olio + spinach + shrimp. Delicious. Our second favorite and would order again. 3. Cacio y pepe with broccoli added. For my American tastes, this was too heavily white pepper and not black pepper. It was a lot for me to scarf down in one dish and no one else liked it enough to eat this family-style. Would have just doubled up on aglio & olio if I were to visit again, which I would. Overall, a very nice place to sit down and have a casual meal. Would come here again.
