Nice staff was very accommodating when we had an accidental spilled a beverage. Their classic lemonade was so refreshing. It was frozen and it reminded us of a slurpee you'd get at 7-Eleven. The nachos we're really good and a huge serving. The patatas bravas were the best I had in Spain on my trip. Perfectly cooked and the sauce was fantastic. This place was only a few train stops from where we were staying. This really factored into why we chose it here. Chill Bar is located very close to La Sagrada Familia. We ordered the Nachos, patatas bravas, and something else (I can't remember). The server was so friendly! We were honestly disappointed in what we ordered, it wasn't very good. It just lacked flavor. The name is as advertised. It was located a short walk from our Air BnB so we stopped in one night after a long day in Barcelona. The vibe is on the younger side, but I know there were a lot of college students traveling over at this time (early June). We are in our 40's but didn't feel too out of place. They are tables outside and inside, but the inside is definitely more of a basement vibe, very casual. We visited twice, but never dined. If you are looking for food around Sagrada Familia, Chill Bar is a solid gastropub and a block from the basilica. I definitely recommend the Chili con carne, Cajun yogurt salsa nachos. They were very good. For my entrée, I ordered a burger: the "Gourmet". The burger is a generous size. The beef is lean. There is also goat cheese on the burger. It is definitely hit or miss depending on your tastes. For me, it was definitely different. However, I felt indifferent to it in terms of taste. Overall, the food did not blow me away but it was very good. It was a good spot for lunch after we spent a couple hours touring Sagrada Familia. We decided on two burritos for dinner, the pho rito and the thai red curry. The Pho ritto was only warm, not hot and had way too many bean sprouts. It was also a bit inconsistent where all the noodles were towards one end and the bean sprouts towards the other with the meat all layered in the middle. The Thai curry burrito tasted better however it was cold. Service was a bit slow as well and although we checked it to yelp which offered a free shot of jager, no shot ever arrived. Perfect place to eat after all the walking around Sagrada Familia. I'd also been in Spain a week and a half and was excited for some food that reminded me of home so I went with the infamous nachos and a glass sangria. The nachos were so so so good!!! Very happy they were worth the hype, and while I got them just for myself they are definitely meant to be shared by more than one person. My cousin ordered a burrito that was also huge and said she loved her food as well. I would have ordered more drinks however it was hard to flag down the server (so ordering a pitcher is probably a better move fyi) and we eventually just went in to pay so we could leave.
