We also have rental property and had them out to do some work on the well. My renters had no water. Within the next day they were out there and got the well working again. I 100%, trust them and as long as they are in business I will call them for any repair or replacement that we might need.

Took 2 1/2 weeks to complete(not including sanitizing). 2. NO COMMUNICATION about when they were coming- we had to call them about everything. 3. Lack of hard work/workers. Never stayed more than 5-6 hours in a day and always had excuses as to why there weren't more employees. 4. Subpar equipment that kept being broken or broken down. 5. Bad electrical work- not professionally installed and just hanging down. 6. Huge mess left. They only tried to clean it up after I said something, otherwise a hug pile of sand would have been left in front of my front door. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We had Dopp Pump out last week to install a new well and pump. We were pleasantly surprised with…read morehow quickly they were able to get us on the schedule and finish the job. It took about 1 week total from the time we contacted them until completion. The guys were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We were told by many that after having a new well installed, it can be difficult to pass the 1st water test completed by the health department. I'm happy to say that we not only passed it the first time, but with flying colors!! Today we had another company come out to fix our water softener. The gentlemen tested our water again and he said that it tested better than most city water and we have virtually NO iron! I'm not one to usually write reviews, but these guys did such a good job that I just couldn't help myself. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new well/pump!!
