Email quote had been sent but with a grammatical error, so it wasn't received. Also, the phone number I had wasn't (apparently) the prime number so my calls hadn't been heard. After 2 weeks of nonstop calls/texts, I told them that their quote was too high for a simple move. But, I agreed to it and what's done is done. For $1200, I was to have a 4 man crew that would pack, load, transport, unload, set up/put together, at my new place. My stuff was in a storage unit, already packed in boxes/tubs. I had one small chair and a cloth dresser, for furniture. There was no 4 man crew, just Salvador (and his young son).There was no set/up of anything at my new place. In fact, it was all unloaded into a small 5 X 10 storage unit. Melody was helpful and kind. I just don't understand why I was charged the full quoted price when the company didn't honor there own terms. Hire someone else. Don't go with MC Moving.

Our crew included Andrew, Juan, and Vincent. All 3 were wonderful. They took care with our stuff and we did not experience any damage or loss. They young men placed our stuff down in the house and literally ran back to the truck, something about part of their workout, but they seemed to have never ending energy. They were respectful to my husband and I as well as all of our crap. Mid day I brought pizza and sodas and you would have thought it was the best meal they ever had. I say this to mean they seemed genuinely grateful. Throughout the day i never heard bad language and they were dressed appropriately in company shirts. They were prepared with all their tools and moving equipment. They made a potentially gruesome day into a highly production and easy day for "Us"!
