After 2 weeks of nonstop calls/texts, I told them that their quote was too high for a simple move. But, I agreed to it and what's done is done. For $1200, I was to have a 4 man crew that would pack, load, transport, unload, set up/put together, at my new place. My stuff was in a storage unit, already packed in boxes/tubs. I had one small chair and a cloth dresser, for furniture. There was no 4 man crew, just Salvador (and his young son).There was no set/up of anything at my new place. In fact, it was all unloaded into a small 5 X 10 storage unit. Melody was helpful and kind. Our crew included Andrew, Juan, and Vincent. All 3 were wonderful. They took care with our stuff and we did not experience any damage or loss. They young men placed our stuff down in the house and literally ran back to the truck, something about part of their workout, but they seemed to have never ending energy. They were respectful to my husband and I as well as all of our crap. Mid day I brought pizza and sodas and you would have thought it was the best meal they ever had.
