From the perfect places to stay, what to see, which restaurants to go to and what was great on the menu to the car rental, they were amazing!!! Manuel called the car rental to make sure all was well and again on the day of our arrival, just to make sure all was arranged and ready, which was such a comfort. Renting a car can be stressful, but not with his help! Thank you Manuel!!! We went first to Tulum, then Akumal and ended in Valladolid. We didn't take any tours, we did it all on our own thanks to all of the information and help they provided! I speak very minimal Spanish, and my husband hardly any, and we had no issues. We can't wait to go back. We had a trip of a lifetime! The people are lovely, the food incredible, the beaches glorious and the ruins and jungle were magical. Barb and Manuel really do care and wants to make our dream wedding come true! Aside from the wedding, they provide great suggestions for activities after/before the wedding. It didn't stop at the wedding, they provide assistance with other things such as favorite restaurants, activities and advice on how to get around! They are really good at what they do. My advice to the Huikkos family would be to educate your staff in faking a friendly personality if they dont have one to start with. We wont be going back. I would rather give my business to the other family owned businesses in the surrounding area that appreciate their customers.

We had an initial meeting to discuss pricing and all the ins and outs we were expecting to make a part of our ceremony and reception. We were asked to fill out a brief form detailing the specifics of our ceremony and reception (and most importantly to us, a strict NO PLAY list) and then he went through each section with us in detail. My husband-to-be and I weren't very keen on including most of the "standard" events in our reception (bouquet toss, dollar dance, etc) and Brain was more than happy to put more focus on picking some extra special songs for us to make our night even more unique. He did the music for our ceremony as well, and even though I had my heart set on walking down the aisle to a special instrumental version of a song that I could only find on Youtube, Brian made it happen! Wonderful energy, great sense to reading a crowd and what they need; all in all, highly recommend!
