Availability - they were able to come onsite next business day. Similar companies were two weeks out Onsite employees were informative, kind and work diligently. OK: The service. I kid you not, the air in my house seems cleaner when the heat is on. But I wish they showed me all the crap they pull from the ducts. Did they collect a hairball or a garbage dump worth of material? And I dont think the tile washing was worth it at all. I've cleaned the floor better myself without the tools the fellas brought. And my grout looks like it was hardly touched. Bad: Price - While their pricing was only slightly more than other companies I researched, this was not worth it. It was beyond petty that I was charged for a second room because of a small landing from my kitchen. Leftover mess - While they did a great job cleaning the ducts, they kicked a ton of dust into my newly finished basement. It feels like they cleaned one thing only to make a mess in another Unless you're in desperate need of duct cleaning or carpet cleaning, this isn't worth it.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience with Chem Dry for upholstery and…read morecarpet cleaning. Having heard wonderful things about the service and with a recommendation from a friend I had high expectations. Joe arrived right on time, which I appreciated, and he was friendly and took care to review everything with me, especially since the charges were quite high. For this appointment, I had a couch, loveseat (both with loose back cushions), two chairs, an ottoman, and an area rug cleaned. Joe spent about an hour and a half on the actual cleaning process, though he was here for a total of two hours. At the end of the visit, he explained that some stains, particularly those caused by my elder mom, wouldn't budge, and that the couches were heavily soiled, but he did his best. Yes, I have two dogs, the couches are dirty hence the cleaning service. In addition too coffee stains on the one chair, that the advertise to be able to take care of. After everything dried, I was unfortunately disappointed with the results, especially given the cost, $700 plus. Just to see if there was any improvement possible, I used my own little green machine with carpet cleaner. In less than 15 minutes, it collected a bucket full of filthy water, indicating that there was still a lot of dirt left behind. I understand that not all stains can be removed, but I do believe that dirt should come out during cleaning. I also attempted to clean the stained chairs myself and was able to make some progress. Because of this, I requested my area rug back, as I am unsure about their cleaning process and feel it did not meet my expectations of clean. See pictures showing the dirty water from my green machine along with a comparison of the cushions after both cleanings. I wanted to bring this to your attention and hope you won't make the same mistake and waste your money and time.

The only problem I faced with them is that delivered the carpets 8 days after the due date. Aside from the late delivery, everything was perfect!

Shortly thereafter, the project manager contacted me and asked for an additional two weeks to complete the work. As of today, more than a month later, the restoration work remains unfinished and I still do not have a scheduled completion date. My yard is torn up, the sidewalk has not been replaced, and I have been unable to get clear answers despite calling regularly for updates. The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication. Promised timelines have repeatedly come and gone, and my attempts to obtain status updates have largely been ignored or brushed aside. At this point, I am genuinely concerned that the restoration portion of the project is being abandoned. I understand that scheduling delays can happen, but customers deserve honest communication and follow-through. After spending $18,000 on this project, I expected a much higher level of service and accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Within 2 min we are told our main pipe has collapsed and will cost us $8000. Basically sale pitched to get us to sign the contract and we gave a post dated check for that Friday. Then Monday morning we decided to get a second opinion from 3 other plumbing companies at which no other cameras showed that our pipe has collapsed. All we had to do is the jetter and the line was cleared for $800!!!! If we just stayed with roto we would be out $8000 and our front yard dug up 7 ft under! No apology no nothing from roto! Stay away!!!!
