I recently gave them a call to quote a couch cleaning in Niagara Falls. They were able to get me a quote over email very rapidly! I learned that it would be $149 to steam clean a couch. I thought the price was right in the middle. I found a company for $79, but they had a minimum to come out and then another company in the Southtowns that wanted more and then charged an additional fee to come out to the Falls. I haven't hired this one yet, but based on talking to them on the phone and the speed at which they delivered the quote, I do think they would do pretty good work for couch/carpet cleaning! read more

Came across this company online because of an ad they had a special for 3 rooms for $99. So I called them up, told them what I needed done and the lady told me it would all come up to be $140. Never explained what to expect or what would happened next. Called on a Thrusday morning they were able to come that Saturday. On the day of my cleaning they called and said they were on there way. The guy showed up to look around and see what I needed done and gave me a different price saying I needed the deep cleaning floor my stairs or they won't be that clean so went with it. Ended up paying $350. They did a good job but I think they should have explained more of what to expect and that the price might change depending of what services we have to do. I am thrilled with the job these guys did! I called to schedule service based on a deal I saw for 5 rooms (on their website and in Val-Pak). Before they started, Ralph walked through to take a peek and give me a few options. The basic cleaning was exactly the price advertised; I chose to add an extra room and to upgrade to a deeper cleaning in one room, but those add-ons were clearly communicated and agreed upon beforehand. The two cleaners worked efficiently and thoroughly. Upstairs (where I did the basic cleaning), the rooms look and smell fresh and definitely appear to have more life added. In the living room (where I did a deep cleaning), the carpet had previously been stained, dirty, and had a minor dog odor to it. After the shampoo, it looks brand new...the carpet is a whole shade lighter and ALL of the stains were removed. As far as I'm concerned, these guys worked magic and extended the life of my carpet. Mike was so amazing and so nice to my mother. She cant hear that well and he was so patient with her. We just moved into a new house and needed our carpets cleaned. I called on Thursday and was told they could come Friday. I said Saturday was better for me so we set the appointment for them to come between 11-2. Before the techs came the owner came and did a walk through. He gave us what I thought was a reasonable price for 4 rooms, stairs and hallway all cleaned , sanitized and scotch guarded. About a half hour later the techs showed up, moved the furniture and got right to work. Our carpets all look brand new. We're very happy with the results and would recommend. Buyer beware. I was told one price over the phone . And when they came it was totally not what I was told. Really! My carpets were still wet the next day, after I was told they would be dry by five hours. Again really. What a rip off. I will be sure to warn all my friends. read more

Theirs place is a rip off buyer beware! What they advertised as a 150 dollar job ended up costing me 483.00. I had two area rugs 8x10 and 6x9 and a wall to wall carpet on my stairs and my bedroom. They told me that I had to scotch guard my already stained area rug (which they didn't even remove the stain) and because they were wool that it would cost more. When my fiancé came home he was upset about what they charged me so he made SEVERAL attempts to call them and they would not respond or they told him someone's will cal you back. I would not recommend this company. I hope people who consider using them will read this and change their mind because I would not want this to happen to anyone. read more

I've had my carpet cleaned by them a number of times over the years and was always pleased. In the fall they cleaned our grout and tiles. Buyer beware ! I had a coupon for 99.99 and scheduled a cleaning. The 2 techs came in and setup. First thing the one tech writes up a bill that has 2 lines one for 99 and a second for 85. I asked what this was and he said it was for cat odor. I do have cats but I didn't ask for it and told him I didn't want it. The cleaning continued after this and the tech was talking up a scotch guard treatment. I told him no I wasn't interested. The second tech started putting some treatment on during the cleaning. I asked what was that and he said the scotch guard. i said again that I didn't want so that went back to the truck. The head tech finished and said the bill was for 184.00 ! I told him I said I didn't want the cat treatment and he said I did. I signed and paid the bill and was quite mad. I called the head office and the person answering said that this sounded very unusual. From what I read here its not unusual! If I see this come up on my visa bill i will be telling visa its a overcharge. read more

Carpet looks nice and would give them a 4. But because of their lack of communication and being upfront- I would give them a 0. The lady who answered the phone to schedule my cleaning told me the carpet cleaning would cost $95 and did not offer any other information other than to schedule. So I scheduled for them to come out for a regular cleaning figuring it's a standard price. The minute the guys walked in my door, the one guy started spraying on my carpet. The other guy comes to review the paperwork with me. Shows me my bill of $270!!!! The stuff he is spraying is sanitizer for an additional $51 and then the scotch guard is $60 more? Then he assumed I would buy their product for my occasions pet accident. And an additional $40 for a spot clean! Are you kidding me? For a small living room carpet. I've never paid more than $100 for a carpet cleaning including spots and it's been done just as well. I can't imagine how many people they swindled out of $270 for fast moving and fast talking. Very kindly he gave me a break for $159 because I've never used them before and I didn't know the deal. I'm disappointed that I even fell for paying them that much. Never again. I would not recommend them unless you have a clear understanding of what you are getting charged for. I'm sure their are more upfront carpet cleaners out there who are willing to explain the service before they give you a gigantic bill!!!
